I ordered a magazine for my son and they discontinued the magazine. Then they would not refund my money, I was told I had a credit after numerous emails telling me my refund was on its way.

Have used Discountmags.com for a few years now. You can't find better prices elsewhere and their customer service is top notch. Customer service is really what makes or breaks a business and they have consistently excelled. I absolutely love their DiscountLock feature and have renewed several magazines throughout the years at the promotional price. I contacted them to say thank you during this Thanksgiving season and was asked to leave a review here which I am happy to do.

I have to say that the Customer Service at DiscountMags is top notch. I had an issue with my subscription which was entirely my fault. They were extremely responsive and credited me the cost of the subscription. They are prompt and extremely helpful. I could not recommend this company more.

Received great customer service from customer service representative Naomi. I sent a question and concern and received a reply from her early the next day with the information I requested. She then took care of changes I needed for my account right away. It was much appreciated!

Discount Magazine is my go-to source for magazines. They will match any price you find. I received a great offer from Kiplinger's but needed gift subscription renewals. I called Kiplinger twice and was required to leave a message for a callback. Never got the callback, so I contacted Discount Mag. And got it handled at the lower offer. My contact at DM. Was Alyssa who stayed with my order until it was fulfilled. On other occasions, DM already had the best price for me.

Naomi in Customer Service was pleasant and helped me get a resolution that was NOT achieved using email back and forth. I highly recommend phoning directly when there is a big problem. Melody tried for several months to get my paid for subscription to me, but the publisher was sending the magazines (Kiplinger) which I wanted very much. Totally frustrated, I phoned and was delightfully surprised to see my money refunded without a hassle. Of course, I have 5 months of emails as my proof. I had ordered Kiplinger for 4 years with auto-renewal without problems. I would have preferred to have the magazine more than a refund, but customer service did respond and I rate them high for that!! Thank you.

I was having a problem with shipping on magazines and contacted Discount Magazines and worked with a gentleman by the name of John.
John was amazing and kept in touch with me via email on every step.
Happy to say we got everything straightened out and the magazines will be back on track.

I have subscribed to Discount Mags for years at various times including a hunting and trucking magazine for my special needs cousin who loved the pictures and turned out to be the best gift anyone could have given him. I recently ordered a magazine for a year and I have discussed with Customer service over the years and today by email for the first time and the service has been so great. They are efficient, prompt and really nice to talk with.
