PLEASE read this!!! Do your research on this business before proceeding! We didn't and regret it. Check the terrible issues and rating from the BBB. While these photographers are nice to your face to get your business, don't be fooled! We had hardly any edits done to our photos and had to take them to someone else for these edits. We had 0 communication from them about anything. They don't answer phone calls, returns V.M., and only text you days after or don't text back at all. Took us 19+ weeks to get our poorly edited photos. She stated there was unforeseen circumstances but we were never told about these until after our contracted delivery time had passed and we were pulling teeth just to get her to answer us back and then these "unforeseen circumstances" popped up after all this. We then politely and respectfully asked to collaborate on some form of refund due to not delivering the product on time and a poor product at that and she acted like we were stupid and asked if we were serious?! This is the worst business I have ever dealt with in any form. Please please please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. We trusted them with our wedding photos and deeply regret it. The one day in our lives we wanted to capture moments of and this business really disappointed on every level. We consider ourselves lucky to even have the photos but now have to spend more money getting someone else to edit them. She won't negotiate any type of refund and we have to seek legal advice at this point. It is a complete mess. We paid in FULL in February of 2016, our wedding was not until June of 2017, and this is how we were treated. Avoid this business at all cost!
