DNA Footwear

I bought a $49.00 pair of boots that unfortunately didn't fit. DNA doesn't offer return labels so when I went to exchange the boots it cost me $36.00 to ship back due to the size and weight of the box. I wanted to exchange these for the right size (I wear size 8 and ordered 38 – which usually work for me) however I didn't want to risk those not fitting perfectly. I called the shop and explained everything. They are refunding my original cost but I nfortunately now I'm out $36.00. The worst part of all of this is the very same boots were available on Amazon for free shipping (versus $5 shipping on DNA site) and I could have exchanged for free. Lesson being unless you're going in to the shop to try these on don't risk buying online directly from DNA – as amazon is safer. Unfortunately this experience left a bad taste in my mouth so it's unlikely I would recommend this store to anyone.

The shoes came in perfect condition several business days after I made the order! I will definitely order from DNAFootwear again!

I live very close to two DNA Footwear stores and it'd be really convenient if it was possible to return online orders to stores. I found out the hard way that this wasn't possible after bringing two pairs of shoes that didn't fit to a store then having to trek back home with them.

Ordered THREE pairs of shoes, separate orders, all of them were responded to with "sorry, after further research, your item is out of stock. Here's a coupon." Place the next order, "sorry after further research, the item is too damaged. Here's a coupon. Order 3, "sorry, it's not in stock."

I hadn't bought myself new shoes, sneakers, and boots in a long time. My wife recommended DNAFootwear. All in all it was a very positive experience from start to finish. Sorting and comparing the different categories of shoes was pretty easy, ordering was painless, and they were shipped relatively quickly given how large an order it was. I would definitely use DNAFootwear again.

it was ok they didn thave the sneakers i ordered becaused they were sold out and ended getting another pair that i never wear, so i am kinda bumped.

No issues, prompt delivery and product was well-packaged with no damages. I liked that return sticker was included…just in case the shoe did not fit correctly. All was great. I will use this website again.

Shoe was lost in shipping and customer service was not helpful despite my short timeline to receive shoes. Snow shoe with rating for waterproof ness and cold tolderance. It did neither

Bought a pair of Pro-Ked sneaks for hubby for Christmas, he is super picky about his attire and normally wears only Cons so it was a real gamble, but he freaking loved them!
