Funny things are not to be spoken about cause this makes the matter be spoile a once and then helps be a bit serious in what one may be cool at, some decent questions may be regarded as a very good thing to speak about as well

The worst online business I have ever dealt with!
Responsible for sending expensive order via USPS without request signature (not via UPS or FedEx like other professional business').
Package is lost!
They did not help to notify USPS- left it to me to do all the tracking.
Not responsive to my emails. They screen their phone calls.
USPS could not find shipment.
Dogccessories refuses to take any blame.
Hostile and defensive email reply was sent back to me after I placed a dispute on the charges with my CC Company- they are refusing to work on resolving situation. As a matter of fact the company has arrogantly vowed to continue to ship in the same method and were irritated that I had the audacity to bring their bad choice in shipping method to their attention!
Meanwhile I'm without merchandise and have lost my money!
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY- plenty of reputable online pet suppliers that carry the same merchandise and know how to run a ethical business!
