I called Doggie.se and explained the situation. The woman on the phone said there was no record of a returned item. She would look at the problem and email me later that day.
Days later, I still haven't heard back鈥撯€揳nd the bill is due in 2 days! For an expensive item I sent back AND I paid for return shipping. So I've already lost money on an item I don't want. I will call them again tomorrow, but I'm not hopeful. So far, they've been really unprofessional. After all this and after reading all these other (similar) reviews, I will never purchase anything from them again.
Is Doggie legit or scam? Can I trust Doggie?
