Promising start, great presentation, seemly transparent service and easy-to-use platform. Though right after my first online appointment with a doctor, which went all very well, I was instructed, not to say rushed, to promptly sign up to their membership plan to be able to get refills, chat with the doctor and more…
One month later I needed a refill… Submitted a request in the specific section of the website and nothing, submitted another request in the general section to get some assistance and nothing, sent an email and nothing. At that point I was a few days already without medication, started having withdrawn symptoms and despite having been charged twice already for the "subscription service" my only choice was to pay out of pocket to see another doctor in a local walk-in clinic. This is serious medical negligence not to mention fraudulent service and misleading advertising. You have one type of service if you book another consultation each time and a very different one from this worthless membership malpractice. Really sad to come across a business that treats one's mental health like that.
