Where to start. Lies, broken promises, law breaking. figure manipulation, fraud, VAT evasion & breach of contract just a few headlines for you & yes there are many more.

I鈥檓 Owed 拢13k by this sham of a motor group and have been for over a year, the likes of Douglas & Ross Parks allow there puppet managers to hoodwink & lie to their customers whilst hiding behind them.

I鈥檇 like to hear from previous employees on the Managment Ethics & Culture.

Horrendous experience with parks in irvine.

We recently got a brand new Nissan micra which we initially waited a couple of weeks for. The car came with a dent on the rear bumper and scratches on both rear panels. No pre delivery inspection was carried out by the salesmans own admission.

We were then told that it would take a month for them to fix this issue which we didn't find acceptable. We told the sales manager in irvine at this point that we wanted the car to be returned and a new vehicle to replace it which he then told us we couldn't do, even though it clearly states in the contract that you can return the car without giving a reason

The staff are poor, their turn around with sorting issues is shocking and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a car from parks to think again

We Booked with Caledonian Travel for Xmas Break to Coventry. However on arrival at Buchanan Bus Station Glasgow, we discovered we were travelling with Park鈥檚 of Hamilton.
Due to the fact that unknown to us there were Two Hotel鈥檚 to be Serviced by the Coach Driver there was an unavoidable delay boarding.
Sorry to say that a Member of Staff at Buchanan St Bus Stances was most Abrupt and Condescending to our Coach Driver William.
Firstly he complained that William was 5 mins early, then he complained in an abrupt manner (within Earshot of Passengers) that our Coach Driver would have to get a move on to evacuate the space for the next vehicle due. His attitude towards the Coach Driver was uncalled for and
He also upset the Passengers too.
I would finally like to add that our Coach Driver William was excellent. Given the fact he had a few Disabled Passengers to deal with, packing and unpacking walking AIDS and Wheelchair and an Oxygen dependant Passenger at every stop he was most Obliging and kept Passengers informed of Travel Itinerary very diligently.
Well Done & Big Thanks William

Utterly poor experience with Parks.

Sales staff giving us outlandish excuses for not dealing with issues before sale.

Comprehensive check claimed to be done before sale – yet car had coolant fault immediately, tyre was only inflated to 15psi at front right.

Sales staff repeated reassurance multiple times that we could use any Parks group garage for warranty work. Either lies or the guy didn't know or care what he was talking about. Draw your own conclusions – to be fair I don't think he was lying (about the warranty) but that he was just not giving a toss as long as we signed on the dotted.

On the plus side – the fact we didn't get the promised Parks warranty turned out to be a bonus as the one we have means we don't need to deal.with Parks again…….. And we won't.

I wouldn't be overly concerned at buying brand new – but if buying 2nd hand I'd think twice. But that said, remember there are other franchises within half an hour's drive run by superior companies (I'd even say Arnold is probably a better bet and I've vowed not to give them any future business either)

Absolutely shocking customer service once purchase of the vehicle. Been trying to contact the Inverness branch for weeks now, missing service book & missing spare wheel which was there before purchasing. Please do not waste your money buying from Parks.

Had my car in at Renault Motherwell 3 times for suspension problems.
The reason I am writing this is due to my absolute disgust at the lack of concern of certain management at the above branch.

I was given a Fiat 500 as my car was not ready. Upon inspection found a large gouge out of the front tyre.
To my utter disgust the parts manager Mark stated 鈥渢hat they are aware of it for 3 weeks and has been used by others as a courtesy car. He also stated that鈥檚 there was no wire showing it would pass an MOT鈥?for a parts manager to make that statement was beyond disbelief as any damage to a tyre is dangerous and would certainly not pass an MOT.
The fact that they were aware of the tyre condition yet Allowed others to drive it and expected me to drive what is a dangerous vehicle is nothing short of disgraceful.
God forbid if someone had a blowout whilst driving that vehicle.
I thought the days of this pathetic practice were in the past, clearly not at this branch.
Looking at reviews not only here but other websites there appears to be a pattern of poor customer service.

Parks Peugeot Bathgate. Looking for a new car. No information available at the dealers. Sales person did not know anything about the car I am interested in / not very knowledgeable – I was told to go online !
I have went online and have discovered that i probably should not be dealing with Parks and should not be buying a Peugeot as the customer service is so very poor for both

Seems to be theme of poor after sales service from members of Parks Group judging from other comments. This extends to their BMW outlet at Stirling where Sales have been very good, providing what a BMW customer would reasonably expect and more. Their Parts Department is also staffed by helpful and knowledgeable people However, this does not extend to their After Sales (servicing, warranty, repairs) section who are at best patchy and at worst, downright annoying. Even when they are trying to remedy a fault introduced by themselves, they cannot always get it right, take an inordinate time to rectify or expect the customer to return several times to get resolution.
Buy car from them by all means but I would (and am) go elsewhere for maintenance whether pre purchased (BMW maintenance contract) or just one offs.

Park's Ayr.
Bought a new car from them during September 2015. Also bought 3 years servicing.
Got contacted 1st year and got the car serviced.
Park's didn't bother contacting me 2nd year and I didn't realise it was due.
Only noticed the omission when 3rd year came around.
It means my warranty is now trash and the past year I've had no breakdown cover (breakdown cover came with new car but service was a requirement).
Contacted Park's who apologised and told me that it was part of their procedure to contact customers re servicing though some may 'slip through the net'.
I accept that I share some of the blame but I'd spent a lot of money so that I wouldn't need to worry – clearly I DID need to worry because Park's didn't.
Head office passed the buck to Ayr who also said sorry then promptly ignored the issue.
Park's answer to the problem is effectively to say sorry but in reality that means, "Tough, we've already got your money".
Park's was also well aware that I had arranged my 3rd service and I thought they might have asked me if I'd like them to pick up the car for the service (I only live about 4 miles away but it'd at least have been a gesture). Or even, since it's also the 1st MOT we'll match Kwik-Fit's price to save you the bother (difference in price was only 拢10).
But, NO. Customers are only important when they're buying and once they've bought….

Picked up my new BMW 6 series in Dec鈥?7 from Douglas Park BMW Stirling which was a happy event until I drove it away – vibration immediately felt through the car at higher speeds. Reported this to the dealer but they refused to recognise any problem.
I went to another dealer and spoke with BMW UK / Finance whom instigated 鈥榩uma鈥?- a detailed fault finding process. This dealer not only found the problem, they fixed it and so is now the new working vehicle that Douglas Park Stirling failed to provide.
Douglas Park Stirling put me through months of utter hell and still now with the facts of what was wrong with the vehicle clear will not acknowledge any wrongdoings in their dealings with me. They took my money and did nothing to fix the defect present from sale/collection. Their parent company, Parks UK has completely ignored all of my emails of complaint to them.
Buyers please please truly be aware of what these people are capable of – they were extremely nice and compelling when making the sale – I travelled from Leeds to buy the vehicle with them. It frightens me still to think of what these people are capable of – I have never before experienced the level of ignorance and dismissal that they have shown to me. They have put me through the most awful experience and BMW UK fully allow them to do it.

@parksmotorgroup seem to be overcharging for some of their work. Quoted me 拢472 to supply and fit 4 glowplugs. They have said to me their quote was competitive . Clearly i disagree. Having sought a second opinion i was able to get the job done for 拢152..If you take into account the 拢102 diagnostic charge there is a 拢320 difference. Please seek a second opinion before asking Parks motor group to do your work. We were extremely loyal customers buying our last 5 cars from @parksmotorgroup as well as all our servicing was done as well. We will take all our business elsewhere in future..
