I should begin by stating that I never believed Dr. Raquel could be as good as she is. I have had more therapy and worked with more coaches in my life than I would care to mention, and when she proposed working with me for as long as it took until I found a satisfying relationship, I was more than skeptical. But within just a few sessions, Dr. Raquel had pinpointed my negative habits in a way that I could both recognize and do something about it. The way she revised by online dating profile was pure genius, and suddenly I was approached by the kind of man I had always been seeking but had never shown up in my life before. Then with the regular sessions and role play with Dr. Raquel, I was able to slowly alter my approach and achieve a level of happiness in my love life that I had really given up on. I must say the relationship I now find myself in is the most loving, stimulating and comfortable of my life. And I do owe it all to Dr. Raquel.

Dr. Raquel is an excellent listener and coach and she has a soothing way of giving practical advice that really lets you change your self-defeating patterns. I feel so much better about myself now! Dr. Raquel has made me feel like I can do everything. It's funny how just knowing that I had a love success guarantee let me relax enough to start enjoying the dating process, knowing that I was going to be constantly supported. I have seen massive changes in outlook and my friends have noticed that's I'm calmer and happier. I didn't pay attention at first to Dr. Raquel also being an image consultant, but here simple color and makeup suggestions have definitely made me feel and look more beautiful. I have begun dating a wonderful man that I'm sure I never would have met without Raquel's help. For anyone out there on the fence, let me assure you that working with Dr. Raquel is the best thing you can do for yourself.

I used to feel overwhelmed and confused just at the thought of going into my closet. I dreaded putting an outfit together because I felt that I had zero sense of style or fashion. I was painfully aware of recycling old clothes that I viewed as frumpy at best.
But since working with Raquel and learning so much about fashion and color and what works specifically for me, I have so many options! I contacted Raquel at a particularly challenging moment in my life, when I was undergoing radical change both personally and professionally. I had resisted reaching out for help, and even though a number of friends had recommended that I seek out a life coach, all of the life coaches I came across seemed a bit airy-fairy' to me until I discovered Raquel. Her background as a therapist combined with her no-nonsense approach appealed to me. My only regret is not contacting her sooner. Raquel is a remarkably intuitive coach, and she was able to quickly see through my normal defenses. In spite of the fact that I had risen to the vice president level in the tech industry, I was still doubting myself, which left me without the grit and self-confidence to do what was necessary to truly break through the glass ceiling. After about 5 months of working with Raquel, I received a promotion to senior vice president and an accompanying 25% compensation increase. I had been severely depressed for almost 4 years before I discovered Dr. Miranda. I found it nearly impossible to get out of bed in the morning, and when I did manage the strength to do so, I just wanted to crawl back under the covers and sleep my life away. I am so thankful that I saw Dr. Mirandas ad on FB and contacted her.
To say that she changed my life would be an understatement. Dr. Miranda is such a calming influence and so good at what she does. Using her REM technique to construct a workable plan for me, I discovered how to find my way out of the darkness and finally back into the light.
I am sure I could not have overcome my depression without Dr. Mirandas priceless help. I would recommend her to anyone in need of healing.

I hate to admit how much therapy I have had in my life. When I stumbled upon Dr. Mirandas site, I was intrigued but didnt expect a lot. I was so wrong! Dr. Miranda is completely focused on results, and to get them as quickly as possible. All the other therapy I have had has been about talk, which unfortunately did not always achieve results. After a month of working with her, Dr. Miranda has changed me from a mostly sad person to someone who greets each new day with a smile. My work has improved and the dark clouds I always felt were there have completely lifted. I am really hopeful, maybe for the first time in my life.

Though I have worked with other highly recommended psychologists in my city, I feel a real difference working with Dr. Miranda. She doesnt use typical psych speak, no and how did that make you feel? type of questions. She is genuine, and gets very real with you. Instead of someone just listening to my problems, with Dr. Miranda I feel like I am accomplishing something and being given tools to progress emotionally.

My husband and I contacted Dr. Miranda because we really needed help with our relationship. After just a couple of sessions, she was able to help us break the negative patterns in our relationship. My fianc茅 and I decided to meet with Dr. Miranda for premarital counseling. It was definitely the best thing we could have done for our relationship. Dr. Miranda impressed us with how well she could analyze our current situation and right away she gave us a step by step plan. After a profoundly disappointing experience with the online site Better Help, I was completely turned off to the concept of online therapy. Part of what I didnt like abut Better Help was that I had to pay for a month of therapy upfront before even speaking to anyone. But since Dr. Miranda offered a complimentary Skype consultation, I steeled myself and decided to try again. Its hard to express how thankful I am that I took a chance and met her. Dr. Miranda is incredibly smart and empathetic, and I was astounded at how quickly her REM technique helped me resolve not only my current relationship issues, but allowed me to understand in a matter of weeks how I have been repeating the same pattern for years and choosing the same wrong kind of man. As I write this review, I am in the company of the kind of man that I think I spent my whole life dreaming about, and with Dr. Mirandas help, am finally healthy enough to have in my life.

It would be hard to imagine a better therapist than Dr. Miranda. Even in our first conversation, I was amazed at how she knew just the right questions to ask to help me come to a realization. Dr. Miranda has a no-nonsense approach that is designed to achieve positive changes as soon as possible. I like the fact that she is always giving me specific homework to do. She makes you feel completely at ease and I always feel that she cares so much about helping me live a happier life.

Dr. Miranda is the best! She incredibly intelligent, compassionate and insightful. I appreciate that Dr. Miranda did more than just analyze my patterns during our Skype sessions. She taught me her rapid emotional mastery techniques to use between sessions and they really worked! I now regularly use the techniques she taught me, and it makes me feel completely in control of my own happiness and mental health She knows a lot! I have been to many practitioners (sorry to admit), and Dr. Miranda is absolutely top-notch.

My girlfriend and I presented Dr. Miranda with a series of issues we had no idea how to overcome. We managed to get to the bottom of everything in 6 sessions and left feeling that we could close all of it and begin a new phase in our relationship.
