I live in Victoria, Canada and have purchased Draper slippers for about ten years. Their customer service has always been excellent as is the quality of the slippers. But, the slippers I ordered a last year did not break-in properly and my heels began to fall inward, off of the heel pads. I wrote to the company to explain the problem and received a response from Otto. I cannot describe how excellent was his customer service! After clarifying the situation, he sent replacement slippers the next day. There was no muss or fuss, no need to jump through hoops to prove that there was a problem or to return the slippers to be inspected. He provided "good, old-fashioned customer service" at an exceptionally high level! I felt like a valued customer.

Needless to say, I am very pleased and will highly recommend Drapers of Glastonbury for both the quality of their slippers and their wonderful customer service.

I've had three pairs of boots from Draper's: one pair of Maldon and two pairs of Cotswold. The quality is good and the prices very reasonable for UK made boots. Sizing is good too. Recommended.

I just called the main telephone number for Drapers of Glastonbury, as I was about to order some Boots. I explained that it was a 'first time order' and it clearly said 'voucher code' at the point of order, so I asked if a code was running as a first time buyer.
There was a rude and arrogant man, who said, you are on a fake site, we don't have voucher codes. He said, 'you can put what you want on the site'. I tried to explain, the web address and that it clearly looked like the official site and that I did not wish to add my bank details to just any site. He was sharp and aggressive, clearly not caring about my order, as he had no interest in following up any details. I am just glad my 84 year old mother did not ring for the order. My mother had ordered these boots in the past and was pleased to see she could still order them, but we will be taking our order elsewhere. This person actually slammed the phone down on me. They have one star as there is no option for non!

I have been wearing Draper slippers for some time now and absolutely love their luxury feel. As for my experience of on-line ordering and any phone calls I have made – efficient, fast and friendly are the adjectives that best describe my interactions with Drapers of Glastonbury.

The only complaint is that I can't find a local stockist to compare sizes so ordered both and am returning the smaller free post. This pair of slippers has a soft sole which is ideal on carpet my other pair has a rubber sole so is handy for nipping outside

So pleased that this company continue to produce fantastic quality slippers made by hand in Britain. There is no need to look anywhere else if you want the best.

I ordered a pair of size 5 Emma moccasins. They were too short and tight on me. I had previously had Sophia Size 5. When I compared the two Emma was about .5 inch shorter. Had to send back to exchange for size 6.

I wanted a pair of ladies cream/beige moccasins and could not find the colour on the website so I contacted the company and received an immediate and helpful reply from a member of the Draper family. I placed my order and they arrived in France five days later. They are the exact colour that I wanted, the leather is a good quality and they are very well made. The size is correct, the width size 'E' is as advertised but a little wide for me so I have just added a leather insole and they are perfect. I thoroughly recommend the product, company and service and I shall return! Thank you very much.

Not much attention has been paid to the design of feet – – – for the cost of the slippers, the grade of leather could have been bettered. I have not returned them, in hope that some wearing will make them comfortable. If
I stop wearing them then they will end up at the charity shop and experience will have been gained.

On the last occasion that I ought a pair of this type of leather,sheepskin
lined slippers it was from another company in Glastonbury and they
didn't fit or wear as well.

These from Draper look very nice and I look forward to trying them on
a little later.

Love my bootees and being a lady of ultra fashion
Had purchased UGG boots in almost every colour but had problem with them as the toe design made me subject to tripping
Hoping to start new local fashion with new bootees and tapered Armani jeans
Was very disappointed that you did not have my size in the Taupe
Can you let me know when you will have a size 6 taupe pair in stock

I am totally pleased with the recently purchased slippers. The delivery was surprisingly rapid, in fact the parcel arrived about two weeks earlier than expected.
In the past, I have always bought messrs Church's slippers, but my local stockist can no longer supply them. A relative mentioned your company's name and for the first time in my life, I purchased footware by Internet.
They fitted well, are comfortable, well made and certainly up to the quality of the ones which I have used in the past.

The slippers I ordered arrived with amazing speed. I took the advice of the lady from Drapers and order a half size up from my shoe size. I was sceptical, but she was correct! They fit perfectly, and they bare excellent quality. I strongly recommend these slippers to anyone who wants the best pair available

These are the best and only sheepskin mules anywhere with a suede sole which is great as no tread and so excellent for my carpet. My last pair lasted me 11years so fantastic value too!

These must be my fourth pair and they always of wonderful quality and more important exremely comfortable and beautifully warm. i am somewhat lazy and inclined to flatten out the heels not good treatment anyway if anyone reading this is in doubt about buying a pair don't hesitate you will love em.
