Honestly the site gave me several red flags that I wish I'd paid attention to. For one, they don't accept Paypal citing "security issues" as their reason. Two, I couldn't add a game to my cart until I used Microsoft Edge or created an account. After I created an account I was able to add games to the cart. But ultimately the strangest thing is that if you add an item to your cart and advance to the payment screen and then cancel out of the payment screen then your account will reflect the "purchase" as being "on hold" even if you didn't actually enter any payment information. You even get an order number. So I can't imagine support being all that useful if you end up getting order numbers for things you didn't even purchase.
I wouldn't say that Dreamgame are a scam, but the site was definitely designed by amateurs. It's a glitchy and buggy mess and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The headache is just not worth how much you MIGHT save.

I contacted support, which are very slow to respond by the way, and their whole response to my message was a vague "On hold orders will be refunded". Was my order cancelled? If yes, then why is it "on hold"? Should I buy the game from somewhere else, or wait for my order to go through? Why was I charged twice for a transaction that had supposedly failed?
I'll be filing a dispute with my credit card company. Do yourself a favour and buy your games from a reputable store. Your time is not worth the couple of pounds you might save buying from sketchy websites.

Then you notice as soon as you ad to cart, you get taken straight to the cart, with no continue shopping option. This is not a bug, it's a limitation, only ONE game can be purchased at a time. Then if you continue to buy you notice tax as been added (this is not advertised) then in the payment section how bare and amateur the site looks while entering your financial details. Then to make matters worse, After I received my key (which I admit did arrive quicker than some of the other smaller sites) I then received TWO invoices. From different senders, with different invoice numbers. I presumed I had been charged twice, but waited to see my bank statement before complaining. My bank was charged many days later and only once.
Then I received this invitation to leave a review, saying "Thanks for buying {product}" I didn't censor that, that's exactly what is written. They can't even automate a thankyou email to include the game I bought. I say "they" but as far as I can tell this seems like it's been made by one guy in a bedroom, using a free website creation service like wix, or googlesites.
You'll notice if you leave a review on his site that is less than 5 stars it is auto deleted.

Also, when you register you get 2 points that you can use to get 10 cents per point off your purchase(so 20 cents). You get 1 more point for every $10 when you purchase something. I bought a game for $10 and used my 2 points receiving one more point in return. When I tried to use my point on my next purchase, it informed me that I needed at least 2 points to be able to use them. I lost 10 cents because of this which isn't a big deal, but it is still annoying.
The last thing that frustrates is that you can't add more than one thing to your shopping cart. I don't know the reasoning behind this, but it's silly.
