Bought a wedding dress from this company,the dress that arrived was the wrong dress and damaged. They tried to blame the damage on Fedex, I informed them that we have documentation of the box being opened and the dress coming out of their bag damaged. Runs in the material and all the beads falling off.
Emma in customer service told us that they design the dresses for he beads to fall off. What? They have never admitted that it is also the wrong dress.

We have tried for months to work with them to resolve the issues. We have been offered a $5 coupon. While I do agree that the dress is worth less than $5 they charged much more for it. It is basically a rag or a childs toy.

We are now forced to file complaints with the BBB,BCA and FTC. They have a numerous chances to solve this problem and refuse to do so.

The dress has never been used and sits in the box it came in.

If you do a little research you will see that when they receive a bad review on one of these sites they make fake profiles to try and off set the negative reviews.

Please do not trust this company.

Don't hesitate to buy it – it really is a great dress! It actually looks in person as it does in the picture. I normally wear a 4/6, am 5'4, and ordered a Medium (black), given the reviews mentioning it running a little small, which now having it I agree with… I was hesitating between a S and M, and probably could have ordered a Small, but am sticking with the M because it fit well and I want to be comfortable. This dress is very flattering – and, like other reviewers noted, you'll get a lot of compliments (people also definitely thought I paid more for the dress than it actually cost)! Some of the photos show the lining almost being so bright, almost looking white; I'm guessing it's because a flash may have been on. The lining is a nude/tan color and the dress shows much more black than lining. When I opened my package the dress was VERY static-y; I ran some water on my hands and then wiped down/on each layer of the dress, which helped a lot. A heel of a at least an inch will help it from being on the floor. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and am glad I took a chance on an unknown-to-me brand!

Do not buy your bridesmaid dress here. It did not fit my girl that was going to wear it and i told them that and they make it to be my fault, when i asked for a return and get my money back they said they would give me $12.00 back to a $115.00 dress that they got the size and color of the dress wrong.

I ordered a 5X costumes and it has arrived today. I am very disappointed as the garment is very small. Don't trust this company.

I was worried about ordering dress from China but it was lovely. Had it custom made, was really well made and had good boning and structure, felt just as good quality as anything i tried on in a bridal store! Dressmaker said it was good quality, needed taken in as i lost weight. Very comfortable on, had lots of compliments! Very happy and i did lots of other stuff with the money saved!

My dress was nothing alike I faught for a refund but tney refused. It was a wedding dress so absolutely guttered cheap lack of lace so being cheap they replaced lace with white skirt white changed the entire look of dress. Dont buy one unless you have money to waste. Id love to put a pic up so you all can have a good laugh at my expense…

Beware of their return policy on reduced items (which seems about half of all they offer at the least) We made a mistake on the color of the dress and tried to return it, switch it out or negotiate a credit in exchange for the right color but they argue that the dresses are tailored to size and color (we bought the standard size by the way!) and basically shut you down with the policy argument that a wrong color is not their problem. In our experience choosing a different color from what is displayed on their website is very tricky and you're pretty much left on your own devices to try to figure it out. They do offer color swatches but you have to order those separately and in advance. I would refrain from placing an order with them especially if you are not sure about the color! it is not worth the investment at such prices as there are better alternatives with the same basic quality.

Today I received my Wedding Gown!! && I'm blistering with blush !!! I love it!! I was so scared of the whole ordering over the net!! But you guys made me feel safe!! This dress is Classy , Sexy, and Elegant all in one!!! And I'm so excited to wear it!!! I bought it in white and it's just top notch QUALITY!!!! Thank you so much.

I ordered a lace mother of the bride dress and when it arrived it looked like the dress maker was drunk. The quality is extremely poor. The lace on one side of the dress was close together and on the other side the lace was much further apart. Some of the lace was fraying and some was even torn. There were also splits in the side seams. There were several parts where white cotton was showing and the dress is navy. They said when I asked for a refund – (As you can see the dress is very beautiful with very good price . Could you please kindly spend a liter time to fix the lace and keep the dress meanwhile we refund you partial money to you ?) If I was a dressmaker capable of fixing such a mess of a dress I wouldn't have ordered it through them. It would cost more than the price of the dress to get someone to fix it which I don't think would be possible. They are now saying – (As you can see the lace appliques on the dress was purely handmade to made to the dress, so it can not be exact same due to the handmade working. In that case, could you please check with your local dressmaker to alter or fix it , meanwhle we apply to return you partial of many to you as gift to you) This is a disgrace. I have sent them several photos of their disgusting work and they make out that they are giving me a gift of a partial refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY – THEY ARE BAD NEWS

This my first bad experience with an internetshop. I had to pay taxes, the product was really bad; size did not fit. I ordered XL, but my five-year old had trouble to fit it. The materials used were terrible. I wanted it to return, but they didn't want their own stuff back. They know it's bad. They said they would refund it. I got only 33% back and from the taxes I got nothing back.

I ordered this dress for my wedding, sent in my custom sizes and it arrived fairly quickly. Would definitely recommend buying from this website, I was hesitant at first, but after seeing this dress arrive I ordered my bridesmaids dresses as well.

I'm so glad I took a chance and ordered this dress! I am super impressed with the style and quality. I requested custom off-the-shoulder sleeves be added and they were able to do exactly what I wanted. 🙂 The dress was made to the measurements I gave them. I wore this dress for an anniversary bridal photo shoot and it was PERFECT! Definitely recommend this one! It's an amazing dress for a great price.

Dress for the price is excellent! ordered custom size. the customer service, responded quickly. sits perfectly! Dress average splendor, flowers and beadings great. not strong smell. everything looks very nice! made it customized, can not go wrong. the site and the dress I recommend;)

This company is so dodgy. I cancelled my order within 4 hours after I made an online purchase. Its coming 2 months and I have yet to receive any refund from them. Contacted many times and all I got from them is lip service.

The dress arrived on time folded neatly in it's dust bag. It fit beautifully and the quality was as expected.The dress looks like the same with the picture. I' m so excited and satisfied with what they have make. I highly recommend this vendor. I tried on dresses ranging from $1,500 – $12,000 and this dress was on par with those overpriced boutique styles.

I wore a dress I bought in December to a wedding. It was light pink everyone loved it . I really enjoyed the dress for the accassion.Good Quality material. The dress was a good fit exactly to the measurements I sent in. Very good Customer Service. All questions were answered to my needs.

Buying from dressilyme was a huge mistake. I know the dresses are 'replica' dress but one would expect it to at least be close to the image shown on the website, it wasn't. First of all I ordered the dress in ivory what I got was a VERY white dress. The 'satin sash belt' is a piece of 2inch onesides white ribbon that was probably purchased at the local craft store with the ends not even cut cleanly then obviously heated to stop from fraying. The cap sleeves are not cap sleeves at all but instead just wide straps of mismatched lace. The lace appliques are pieces of left over lace terrible cut and stuck into the dress. I have sent them an email with my concerns but have yet to hear back from them. If you have very low expectations that you will receive a dress that even closely resembles the image then it's a great deal, but if you want the dress or at least something similar to what is pictured stay away from this website.

I took the risk of ordering a wedding dress from the site, thinking that if it turns out to be terrible it is cheap enough that I could buy another one. But the risk payed off! After a few size alterations in my local taylors the dress was perfect. Not the best quality fabric but for a dress you wear once what does it matter! I had so many compliments and he photos look amazing. My advice to any brides to be is order your dress well in advance so you can have any alterations made in the UK – I sent my measurements off and the dress came back significantly too big (if in doubt order too big as it can always be made smaller). I purchased two ballgowns for an event, and was smart enough to do it at least two months ahead of time. I am a size 24, and both gowns fit me remarkably well (I was concerned about bustline, but it was pretty much spot on).

Each of the items made are custom ordered, but with you not physically there to be measured, they rely on your input to tailor the dress. Be as precise as possible in your measurements when you place the order.

The gowns were beautiful. Well made and with surprising quality. And the fact that you get to customize your dress colour is kind of perfect (usually two colour choices out of 40+).

My first gown was a periwinkle blue, with beading and a chiffon skirt. While it did come a bit long (I'm 5'8"), it was absolutely beautiful. And with heels, I managed to not trip over myself.

The second gown was black satin with lace buttons up the back to the base of the neck. Again, beautiful. Surprisingly heavy. Almost like a full wedding gown. The underneath had not one but two slips — and a layer of tulle to give volume to the skirt. It needed to be adjusted at the tailors.

NOTE: One thing you will need to know is that you will likely get a duty fee on the dresses. So prepare yourself to fork out another $40 or so.

However, given the average cost of a well-made ballgown; and the super elegant custom feel of it — you really are getting a bargain at $120-$150 a gown.

I could totally see someone ordering their wedding dress through this site; they're that well crafted.

Don't expect speedy delivery. Plan. Give yourself at least two months before you need it for whatever event.

It's the tradeoff of getting it done so cheaply.

I firmly recommend this store (with the above-listed warnings) to buy a beautiful gown just meant for you.

Awful. The material was rough and itchy. I ordered this dress 3 sizes bigger then I normally wear,I wear, and it came at least 5 sizes too small. The company is in China and they make the refund process ridiculously hard. I will never order from this company again and if you are reading this,do not order this or anything from this comoany,you will be so disappointed and be lucky to get a refund from them.

Do not buy from this website! Like you, I did my research and thought I'd try buying my wedding dress online!

The dress I ordered did not look anything like the picture.

I wanted a few alterations and emailed them if it were possible, they said to write it in the comments and I did.

My dress arrived earlier than expected and then my face dropped with disappointment when I saw it. They got the colour wrong and it looked cheap.

When I told them they got the colour wrong and said they were sorry and could offer a 5% refund ($10). And if I wanted a new one I would still have to pay money for it. After going back and forth, I only ended up getting a 10% refund.

Honestly, unless you are very desperate I suggest buying from a shop.

Don't waste your money. Total scam. What you think you're ordering and what you get are totally different. Went carefully by their size chart and ordered 18W received size 10, ordered champagne color, it was a hideous gold, and supposed to be taffeta and it was a cheap satin/poly blend. The jacket looked like a Halloween costume !! They won't answer emails.. SAVE YOUR MONEY !!! Typical Chinese Scam !!!!! And I'm the fool.

I used a credit card to place my order. First they told me to send a copy of my Passport and the credit card front and back WTF!!!! told them NO, if they were a reputable company, they would not need it and I accused them of being a scammer company. then they sent me a "bank required" form to sign and send back with a copy of my credit card. they said MY Bank is requiring that I fill out the authorization form. If my bank required it, they would have contacted me, not the SCAM of a company. Awful Experience, last email to them is to cancel my order, because their payment process is to complicated and I am not comfortable with it.
