Package never came and then they offered to resend it only if I accept liability for shipping why would I do that if my package never arrived to begin with that's just asking to have my money taken for nothing then refused to give me a refund so basically have stolen my money because I neither got my merchandise or my money back! And there customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

Ordered item Dec 15, Up to now item awaiting, i understand its xmas time but i paid the 2 to 3 days shipping, then NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO TALK, chat room not even started chat room closed WTF! I emailed them no response its already 4 days now to reply. CAN YOU GUYS JUST TELL US WHATS GOING ON OUR ITEM OR YOU GUYS JUST GET THE MONEY!

I ordered from them my order has been on a pallet waiting to ship as of 12/16. However I paid for 2-3 day priority mail. But no one knows when it will $#*! or wtf happened to it. Never again.

I recently ordered off of DrJays website, I paid for USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day shipping). It's been about 5 days already and my package has not moved once. I emailed DrJays customer support, it's been 2 days and I never got a reply. I would love a refund from the shIpping (USPS Priority Mail).

I was able to get assistance through Dr. Jay's chatbot. I worked with Preston who was very helpful with my order. I had accidentally checked out online without including a promotional code. Preston was understanding and quickly refunded me the amount to cover the promotional code. Great customer service. I highly recommend shopping with Dr. Jays.

Don鈥檛 order from this website they steal your money. I was taking a look on some of the reviews and I can literally see they steal your money for sure. The same happed to me they said my package got delivered last Saturday around noon just when I was outside washing my car and I didn鈥檛 got package 馃摝 so I know for a fact they are lying cuz I never receive anything. I contacted them the same day I was to receive the package and they told me they will review with the post office and that i has to go through a 7 days missing package claim.
I waited for 9 days and they told me that the post office confirmed that they left the package outside my front door but there鈥檚 no proof cuz there word don鈥檛 count they don鈥檛 even have pictures.
So anyways they said they can鈥檛 give me my money back and I鈥檓 so super mad cuz I know I鈥檓 not the only one they have robbed.

Do someone here know if I can at least get that money back through my bank?

I spent over $500.00 on my children school clothes and I was yet to receive anything, now I am lost without my money and items but when my lawyer is done with this company they are going to wish they would have helped me also the agent Sheryl was no help at all and was very unprofessional I don't recommend this company to anyone

I purchased $80 worth of merchandise from dr.jays and unfortunately my package got stolen. Due to COVID their customer service number is useless and they only responding to emails and messages on social media. If your package was lost or stolen they won鈥檛 grant store credit or any form of reimbursement. Either dr.jays or your local post office will not take any accountability.

Honestly they are no help at all. they are so pricey. Their tie dye bandeau is 25.00 plus tax PLUS shipping. Their policies are so ridiculously. It takes 2 week process for an actual refund they Do not provide return labels. Shipping fees are not refundable. They make sure they tell you your responsible for your own shipping fee.. they tell you to pick what ever shipper And recommend for you to pay for insurance cause they are not responsible for lost items lmaoo they kind of harsh, no type of customer courtesy. No type of help. And because of covid I get a shifty rep on a chat. Money money money. Im unsubscribing dr.jays. they are wack. And how u sell a tie dye shirt and not the pants included or not selling the pants at all. Material is great but not worth the hassle. Oh and even if I was to return for a smaller size which the shirt was big…. i would have to pay to return the shirt and pay again to get it shipped back. Suxking my wallet for a dumb ugly shirt.

The items fit were 2 sizes under the size on the tag so it was obiously some crap from china. They also refuse to pay for the postage for returns so im now paying 12 dollars to return a 40 dollar order

I would give them less then a star if I could I use to spend a lot of money on dr.jays back in the day and customer service was always helpful I got a pair of jeans and wore them less then 10 wears and the patch fell off which was only glued on jump on help and this ignorant customer service Larry guy tells me that鈥檚 just the way the jeans are made and that they weren鈥檛 expensive so it doesn鈥檛 matter also not caring that shipping took longer so it wasn鈥檛 within the 30 days I have never been so disgusted with a customer service associate and have since deleted my account with dr jays I鈥檒l try out karmaloop from now on

I have no clue how this store/website is still open and getting business. Worse order of my life. None of the shirts fit. If you want a Large be sure to order a XL or XXL. I had to pay almost $20 to return the stuff then only get back store credit. The material of the clothes is the cheapest stuff they can produce. It's like buying clothes from one of those Chinese shop. Definitely don't buy the expensive stuff. It's that cheap material. If you like good quality material and real stuff don't order here. Now I have to find something to buy with this store credit and it's almost impossible.

I placed a order on 5/24 and on 5/27 I seen that It was still in review status. I contacted Dr. Jays via chat because of the pandemic they don't have anyone that you can talk to over the phone. I was told the billing address that I use was incorrect and that it just had to be updated but my card was already charged $270 so I was a little confused. I was a short after leaving the chat that everything would be taken care of. 5/28 my order remains is review, I contact Chad again and I let them know that if this does not get updated by the end of the day that I will cancel the order. then I receive an email 20 minutes later saying that they had cancel my order due to a back up payment. I feel the chat agent was upset because I did not let her finish and she canceled my order. I find it really strange that my card was charged already but you're saying you can't update the order because of the billing address. this is my second and last time trying to order from Dr. Jays they are overpriced and they always seem to find an issue with your card. I've been using this card all week ordering stuff to keep me busy in the house this is the only website that I have gotten any issue with. I was suggest not ordering with them I would also suggest that if you are going to order with them please make sure that you put in the correct billing As they will not inform you we will not be processed you will just have to wait around and see

Having read all the bad reviews and opinions on this company I decided to ignore everything and place an order. I am in the UK and I received my order quickly and in full, whoever is writing reviews claiming you need to live in the USA, or withing distance of a store, to guarantee delivery is a fool.Any time you order from the net you are trusting someone, mistakes do happen, it doesn't mean you have the right to crucify a company over a mistake.
The clothing I ordered was packaged well,the quality of the tshirts were very good, the sean john jacket was an absolute bargain, sunglasses were very stylish for the price. The akademics jacket was not of the quality that akademics were known for, that's the problem of the akademics brand – not Dr Jay's. The postage and shipping was really quite high which unfortunately didn't make this purchase as cost effective as it is with other American outlets via ebay.
All in all I found the site well laid out, prices very very competitive, great selection of styles and designs, great updates on orders and delivery. Just slightly overpriced postage and shipping. I shall most definitely be using this site and ordering frequently.

After seeing some bad reviews I sat on my basket for a week…
Finally bit the bullet, placed my order in haste after being hit by a cold snap & realised one item had dropped out of the basket.
Sent an email querying the taxes and duty claimed then realised the missing top & live chat was open.
Chatted to a lovely consultant who went above & beyond to help me by adding items and checking things for me.
They must have replaced their moody, grumpy customer service rep which many have complained about because I'm absolutely thrilled with the service received.
Can't wait for our goodies to arrive. Fingers crossed given the current climate it doesn't take too long 🙂

I was really skeptical because of the reviews but I purchased my order Wednesday evening and it was shipped to me by Saturday! Also I live in NC. My shirt came in perfect condition and the right size. I think it鈥檚 worth a try.

I've been shopping at DRJays.com since 2011. For the most part, I am satisfied. I like that they have such a big selection of items. The problem I have with them is their return policy. You have to pay the shipping to return an item. This is going to cost a minimum of $10. So if you order something, and it doesn't fit right (usually in my case, too small), you will be out about $20. You already had to pay about $8-10 to have your items shipped to you, then you have to turn around and pay at least $10 to return it. It's almost a gamble every time you order something. I usually try to stick with the clothing brands that I know fit me good. They should have free return shipping like a lot of other companies.
