McDougall claims to debunk other diets. His site is one gigantic advertisement, aimed at your pocketbook. All roads lead to his products/services. His arguments are specious and inflammatory – aimed at scaring you into believing he is the only one who can save you from eating yourself to DEATH. He blasts Loren Cordain and his Paleo approach and Atkins. They deserve to be blasted, but McDougall uses unsubstantiated claims and "maybe" statements to argue his points, leading you to click a link and buy his wares.Save your money, do your own research and make your own decisions. No ancient human ever had to buy a book or see a "food" specialist to stay healthy. Why should you?!
