They make you believe you are getting a $600 jacket for $250, but trust me…. the leather jacket looks like a $200 leather jacket. And it came a month late, in February (pre-covid). Got apologies from the company but no refund for the $20 I paid for express shipping. Whatever. But then Covid hits and they won't take returns. So I wait. Then I return it and they give me a store credit. I really wanted a refund but whatever, right? So I go to use the store credit and the entire checkout system is down! Seriously disorganized company going downhill fast. Looking forward to seeing their clothes in the discount stores in the fashion district once they go out of business. Buyer beware.

Extremely poor interaction with this company. Ordered a clothing item for my son for Christmas 12/1/19, today is 2/13/20 & still have not received. Shortly after I ordered received an email requesting money to get involved in the company. Have written company every 1-2 weeks trying to get the merchandise & multiple responses re: logistics, supplier & 2 weeks ago my item supposedly in a warehouse & to be shipped. Nope, didn't happen. Now more excuses about warehouse issues. During this extended period received a note from the CEO apologizing. Really can't believe they keep selling stuff when they can't meet their current obligations. Do NOT purchase from this company. I did receive a refund.
