DT-TRAK is a great partner! Their employees are extremely easy, competent, trusting and professional to work with! We recently had an issue that arose (due to our mistake) and by open communication, the management team was very understanding and forgiving of our error. We have been working with DT-Trak for about two years now and they have been excellent to work with. I highly recommend them.

I would like to write this review to warn other who are considering getting the services of DT-Track Consulting. They have the worst communication. We hired them on a project but the after-service was terrible. We couldn't get a hold of them from the number that they provided to us. It seemed like once they are done with a project, they will totally cut all connections to avoid rework or fixing issues from their end. Save yourself from trouble and look for another company.

I have been assisting DT Trak Consulting over the past 10 years with employee benefits. I have found the management team to be attentive to the needs of their staff members. They have consistently put the needs of the employees first. It is refreshing to work with a group of professionals who understand the importance of caring for their staff.

The coder working on my project was impatient and rude. When I asked about some changes that were being made without consulting me, he used improper words and id whatever he wanted without an explanation.

Communication with management is almost non-existent. They are very difficult to reach, and they do not address employee concerns. Likewise, instructions are often unclear because of management, but you'll be the one blamed for mistakes since you're the employee. Management doesn't give any clear directions on what to do, so most employees end up doing things inefficiently.

I hired them for medical claims management, and they assured me that they have a team to do quality assurance. The results were not satisfactory, and some of the "quality" parameters weren't up to the mark. I fired them as soon as I could and hired a "US-based" firm that hired US workers who know the real meaning of "quality"

We were working with their DT Capture system and experienced issues at some point. We alerted them about the issues and agreed they would have that fixed which was okay. But one week delay is unacceptable!
