This is my first car by myself and they made sure I understood everything in those papers. So, I got an Auto loan with DuGood, and everything was a little messy. After Kurestyn got my papers she called to make sure I understood everything on those papers. She then checked to make sure everything was correct for me after all the papers being signed. Their customer service was amazing!

Absolutely the best bank I have ever been with very friendly and willing to work with you and even good for military I'm airforce and in hawaii and I still get awesome service thanks to megan perdue we finally got a auto loan going, took lots of patience but it worked out.

Unable to finance auto loan out of state. Louisiana, I had to finance with another Institute, then come back and wait to refinance auto with Dugood. I will be moving to another state, but worry if I should join elsewhere because this federal CU seems to be a state only CU. I also have trouble using other federal CU's atm's.

I enjoy going into any of the offices of Dugood. The people who serve us are so friendly. I have had the opportunity to deal with the fine people in the administration and they too are the best. You feel as if they care and you are able to talk to them. In these trying days it's good to have a friendly face you can see and talk to. Brandy at the Lumberton branch is that type of person. She always has time to just say hello as you walk in and never says she don't have time to listen. Thanks Brandy and thanks Dugood.

Tara Baloney and Tammy Christopher was by far the most helpful people ever. Tara was very patient and stayed in contact throughout the entire finance process. She never got upset with the amount of times I called her, and she was always very respectful and honest. Tammy was very understandable and she went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I. By far the best customer experience I鈥檝e ever received. Thank you ladies!
