UPDATE…THEIR RESPONSE, AND MINE JUST NOW, BELOW…GETS WORSE!!

I HAVE ASKED 6 TIMES FOR A REPLACEMENT ORDER TO BE SENT.
IF NOT EXACTY WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE ORDER TO BE RETURNED TO YOU FOR REFUND AS YOU KNOW THE COURIER DID NOT DELIVER IT.
THIS IS APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
PLEASE EXPLAIN BY RETURN EXACTLY WHY YOU WILL NOT RESEND THE ORDER…YOU HAVE BEEN PAID FOR IT
Placed an order..so sorry I did.
It didn't arrive…tracking said it was being returned to sender. Contacted Dunnes. All they said was it had been damaged in transit and as sonn as it was returned to them they would issue refund. I replied asking for them to reissue the order and pointing out that if they were not going to do so then why not issue refund IMMEDIATELY as they knew I had never received the parcel! I do not particularly want a refund I would prefer the goods ordered . Have e mailed repeatedly and no one has bothered to respond. Appalling customer service…so beware

Rudest manager I have ever come across. I really dont know how she became one, no people skills. I had a complaint in store and addressed the situation and to be confronted by this type of response is unacceptable. Also to witness how she spoke to her staff, I am surprised you have any after that. I am sorry but i will never shop there again.

Yet again went to do my shopping at 11am Saturday morning and shelves half empty on meat sections asked what issue was told delivery didn't arrive this is not first time this has happened for such a new store very poor management left trolley & went to Tesco that had all shelves full

Your email to Dunnes Stores Reference – TID 356498 – Porridge Enquiry ?

After traveling to three distant Dunnes Stores in Spain to buy their excellent Porridge without success, I ask via their 'Web-Site' when we might expect stock?
Although we have been buying from there for at least the last four years my reply from Leanne of Customer Service, who clearly didn't know what Porridge was as follows:- "none of our stores in Spain are grocery stores, I am unable to determine which product you are looking for. Can you please advise if you are looking for a food product of a textile product?"
Well, Leanne, we are now sorted; and if you are not sure what Porridge is, just pop down to Aldi, there are racks of it and, it's delicious!! Regards, John.

I went to the clothes deptarment to pay for my food items, as I was told before by management if it was busy it was ok to do so, anyhow the sfaff lady who was serving at the counter refused to serve me I (even though she was standing there doing nothing) did not argue with her, I left and went over the far side of the clothes department to another checkout in the clothes department, then this midget security guard rudely approaches me, " here you get over there an queue" he said" when asked who he was he then got agressive and threatened me, I took out my camera and asked him what he said, he pushed me several times, he used foul language throughout also he got the whole security team invloved, they all took his side, they all picked on me further, the basket full of shopping was ripped out of my hand, this happened in front of my child, I reported this incident to head office and their response was appalling and unacceptable, I have included a video link here with the some of the footage of what happened and a more detailed review, including the head office phone conversation that shows how rude and ignorant their response was and what you can expect if you have any issues within their stores and decide to report it to them.

I have shopped in cornelscourt for the last 23 years as i live very close by, i bought a chicken in my shopping opened it to roast for our family dinner and it smelt rotten and didnt want to chance food poisining as going on an Italian holiday the following day! after my holidays went back to do my weekly shop and said to the girl on the till about the rotten chicken and that I had no receipt as threw out because my vouchers date had expired because of our holiday! she was very helpful and called a manager, the manager advised me to go to the customer service desk! did that, the girl at the desk said sorry nothing I can do for you as you have no receipt! and walked off no apology etc.,! 23 years of loyalty to dunnes not impressed with your customer service!!

Shopped in a good few different department stores and always a pleasant experience. Made a shipping order to Denmark. Package was delivered on time and everything intact.

Arrived quickly to Australia. Packaging could be better, the clothes hangers (unecessary postal wgt and bulk) poked a reasonable hole in the parcel.
Great value items.

Ordered some communion wear for my daughter from Dunnes online and everthing arrived promptly. Sizes were correct, and fit well. I will definitely order from Dunnes online again.
