Purchased goods that were wrongly marked returned with receipt and unused goods, jobs worth manager refused to replace goods without original packaging, saved him 拢 8.00, lost my custom and anyone else I can speak to !

I would like to acknowledge Colm and his staff in your Blackrock Co Dublin store.
Colm and his staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help me in these difficult times. As well giving great service, they gave it with such a helpful and compassionate manner.

No grocery delivery during lockdown. No signs of customer support at all. Dunnes discount codes are the worst and they don't have reason to exist. You need to use them only within certain days, with exact amount of money, how awful is that? Are you telling me when and how much to spend on your shop? Are you even care about your customers?

Long queue, staff at till talking and talking to customer in front, excessive amount of time, we waited 15 minutes to be served, when i said it to her she got defensive and ran for her manager like a child, then she would not continue to serve me, very unprofessional, too many customers in shop and not enough tills open, unsafe due to covid risk in kildare.

I can't tell you the amount of times I have ordered clothes online at dunnes only to get an email a few days later saying that the items are no longer available. Why are they online if they are not available!

Lost a voucher card for 450 euros spoke to Yvonne late last Friday, today Monday I have a new card with the full amount transferred over, MANY THANKS TO DUNNES STORES AND ESPECIALLY TO YVONNE. Great Company

Just been to Cornels Court Dublin feeding back on the chap who is at the door on entry.His name Ronan he greets on arrival, directs you to the dramatization station.He went the extra mile and got me a trolly.So professional! All done with a smile (so needed) pls Cornalls Court Mgt give him a big pat on the back.He truly represents the store giving the job his full attention.KUDOS Ronan well done and thank you for your service.

Dunnes Stores hates Asians. Like it's for Pandemic reasons to restrict people from doing certain things, but to restrict us, but not white children from doing the norm is insulting.

Ordered photo frames online. Delivered to door by DPD within 10 days as per order confirmation email. Glass was well protected for transport, lots of bubble wrap. Very satisfied with purchase.

Shopped in Drogheda West St store today and while the store itself is fine and the staff are all quite nice I noticed not a SINGLE member was wearing a mask or a face covering of any kind. Left the store feeling very uncomfortable. I work in another retailer and we ALL have to wear coverings. I find it very poor judgement that they do not enforce the same rules to protect their staff and their customers in the current climate.

I been verbally assaulted by a Security Guard. After told him to stop talking to my 17yrs old girlfriend as she asked for my help! his reaction shocked me, he told me to shut up, and to never come back to store again, and he going to beat me if i will be against it!!!! And that he not gonna stop talk to her, he came up to me quick I thought he going to hit me at the store, for protecting my own girlfriend from Psycho! He also asked her for a date and to meet up after work, she told him to stop talk to her lots of times! He keep follow her in store every time she shopping, shes 17!!! And he must be 40 of age!! Shes scared to go there after this, who knows what he will do!!!!! I鈥檓 asking DunnesStore for help to sort it out soon as possible as me and my girlfriend are scared from psycho (Security Guard) Happened in (DunnesStore, Newry city (Buttercrane Shopping Centre) on 17/07/20!!

The staff was extremely rude.At 7:45 member of the staff followed me around telling me that the tills were closing bear in mind we still had 15 mins left to Shop.At 7:55 my cigarettes were thrown at me as I was ushered out the door by a lady wearing a frown.DO NOT SHOP HERE,SATFF ARE RUDE

I am just after visiting the shop in Liffey Valley trying to return the top which I have purchased online at the end of March. Unfortunately I wasn't able to return the item earlier as was cocooing but I was told by the shop manager that I could travel further than restrictions as some shops were open or go to the post office to return the item! I understand that there was 40days to make the return but I am really upset and disssapointed that Dunnes Stores never took into consideration that there was only a limited number of shops open or the people with underlying conditions in the pandemic were advised not to leave the house! For sure won't me making shopping in Dunnes anymore as they don't care about the people at all!

Dunnes Stores in Newbridge are excellent, the staff are so friendly and helpful especially durning covid-19. I have nothing but praise for this store. I would like to thank Adrian (fruit &Veg) for his fantastic customer service. He was so helpful, friendly and went the extra mile.
I would also like to thank all the staff in Newbridge for their help and friendliness.

I love their items and I was shopping online from their online store a few times during Covid-19 as they were one of the few brands who were still delivering, delivery was fast enough and quality of all the items was amazing for the price. Definitely one of my top 5 fav brands now.

Have to say they have done a fantastic job during the Covid period. I shop in Dunnes in Portmarnock, they have kept the shelves stocked and are always helpful and polite. Thumbs up.

Ordered online for the first time as I didn鈥檛 want to queue to get into my local store! My delivery arrived in 2 days, perfectly wrapped and tracking updates the whole time. Great service. Great products.

I have been in lock down early March and today was my first visit to Dunnes Store Tralee. Firstly i was returning goods for my daughter she bought online. I found the staff very polite and helpful. Then I did my grocery shopping, had by trolley sanitized by two lovely young men and got a free tea on my way out. Well done Dunnes Store Tralee

My experiences with dunnes in the past have been mixed, I鈥檝e never thought the customer service was great in many of the stores I have been in, however, I would like to compliment the killarney store on their social distancing measures and the staff on the door who are friendly. It鈥檚 the only shop I know of that is providing cover for the people queuing. Very impressed.

I have previously done click and collect with Dunnes Stores and I have had no issues. This time due to Covid 19, this has been suspended.

I ordered on May 28th, it was dispatched May 30th and it arrived at my address on June 2nd. That was quite good considering the Covid 19 situation.

Ordering was easy and their website is easy to use. I received three emails relating to my order. I received an email and a text with my delivery time from DPD the morning of delivery. They delivered within timeframe outlined
