Very nice, helpful and polite staff, the car was new, only 40000 km done, and very good on price. Every time I need to rent a car, Duo Rent a Car, will be the first choice!

I chose a ford focus, but offered a skoda rapid. Good car, though. Plus a bit of hidden charges for washing the car or full CASCO insurance not covering the interior, things that are not happening with the rival car rental companies. But, as I said, good experience.

Even if I didn't get the car make I originally asked for, it was overall a good experience, starting with the guys' helpfulness and patience in giving explanations all the way to the return of the car at an ungodly hour because of the flight schedule.
