i ordered 3 things and was expecting to receive them probably 2-4 days later. but i soon realized that wasn't happening, around 2 weeks later they contact me and say that they have delivered 2 of the 3 things (which they hadn't) and they no longer could deliver the 3rd thing.

I told them that I haven't received the 2 things they had "delivered" and then they told me they would deliver them after July 1, and was told it would take 1-2 to deliver (so it would arrive in July 2/3) its already July 6 so.. I don't know what to expect anymore.

keep in mind i placed my order on June 13 and its already July 6th. why Dustin Home doesn't say that it will deliver after July 1st when your in June/before you place the order or why they don't just tell you they can no longer deliver that object before you place the order, I don't know.

I bought an action camera bike holder and they sent to me within good time but an old product with scratches without my consent or discount. Don't destroy your packaging box when opening your product, just incase you find something is not as they promised on website.

I鈥檝e made a purchase on 04.12.2019. It had to be a christmas gift and so there was plenty of time to get it. Ok, going further.. I just called their support to ask about my order if I can be sure that I鈥檒l get it in time.
Perhaps it was not on stock, they said it will be on friday 06.12.2019 again and by monday 09.12.2019 I鈥檒l get it.
So.. I just called them on monday to ask again about it and the item could not be delivered until 30 of January next year.
Then without complaining too much about how this was just pathetic, I asked for my money back (a refund)
Estimated time was max 5 business day until the money should appear again on my credit card.
Now it鈥檚 16.12.2019, their call support doesn鈥檛 work due to holidays bla bla, and I still didn鈥檛 get anything back.
No offense, that鈥檚 just what real happened. Customer service it鈥檚 just inexistent, this is PATHETIC.

I ordered a Lenovo laptop (Yoga 530) from Dustin. I received it fast and in a safe package. Unfortunately, the Lenovo pen was missing in the package. The customer support handled it very nicely and professionally, explained the situation, and ordered a new pen which I will receive shortly. Overall, a very positive experience.

I ordered 3 computer monitors from Dustin and they quickly shipped to me. Sadly upon arrival I realised that one of the screens didn't turn on. I immediately started a support request, but didn't receive anything from them. After a week and a half i finally called them and asked what had happened, and they told me that they had received the request but forgotten to send me a return label. So they send me a label. So i sent the monitor to them, and now again they are not telling me anything. So I emailed them and they told me they had received the monitor, but a technical specialist had to verify the issue.
They told me they have a support time between 2 and 4 weeks, but I should have an answer within the week. So I asked them if they could speed up the process, since they were they reason I didn't get my return label, but they wouldn't.

Today it is one month since I created the support request, and they have had the monitor for 9 days, but I still have no idea when I am going to see my monitor.

They have good equipment in good prices. I liked very much the Motorola headphones I purchased, but after two months of use they broke. I guess that this could happen to anyone, but what followed is not common nowadays. They replaced them, for free, with a new one after sending them just one email. I highly recommend them, and I will purchase again.

I have bought 2 laptops from DustinHome. The website is poorly made, searching results often go wrong, doesn't show the all products under some searching conditions, and the computers are strangely categorized, which made very disturbing for browsing.
Some staff obviously have no clue of the products they are selling, giving wrong indication of products, but when it is a big buy such as an expensive computer, would be great if the staff can offer some details, espcially when one can not see the actually products. I was misled by the wrong matched product introduction and the description from the staff, bought an expensive computer with the color I dont really wish. It is ok since the computer has good specs anyway and I was in urge of using it, but the problem could have been totally avoid if the staff pay a bit better attention of their products (it had wrong picture on, which differs from what was said in the specs).
It is also not possible to choose where the package should be delivered to.
The company do have a good range of laptops, but you definitely have to know what you are buying, and do a good research before your buy, don't expect to get much help from the staff. They wrote back emails fast enough, but not very informative, neither very friendly tone. Pay a good attention to their product introduction, as the information is not always consistent, read the specs of the laptop you want to buy thoroughly.

Placed order on Thursday and package ready for pickup next day and just before the weekend, exelent work, will do business again for sure. Also a god price for the product compared to the rest of the online sites. Thanks again for the fast business done.

Terrible service
8 days after ordering I called to ask where my product was, the supporter answered in a frustratingly lazy voice that it was gonna be at least another two weeks 'That's the way it is man' he drawled, providing no excuse.
I would strongly recommend you find another place to do your business.

I had placed an order for a card reader which I received well in time. Due to the holidays, I didn't bother to open it immediately. After about a month, planning to clear my CF card full of holiday memories, I opened the package and was very disappointed to find that the pin got bent when the card was inserted. I was very sure that the problem was with the card reader and called up the customer service. It was a very pleasant experience with Kasper over the phone. He is well qualified and experienced that he could understand the problem at the instant. He managed to send me a brand new card reader the very next day at my doorstep without a question. The new card reader works as it should and I must say Dustin Home respects their customers interests and handles them with utmost care.

Ordered, paid and send within an hour. Amazing.

Had trouble finding a webshop that had a rare item in stock, so I've had bad experiences with other providers trying to buy the items in this order specifically, cancelling 3 orders with other companies until creating an order with Dustin.

This was an awesome experience, very informative and very fast procedure.
