WRONG ITEM & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I placed my order online in June for 1" x 1" labels for my daughters surgical cap company.
When I received the labels In July they were 5" x 5"! They looked like pot holders. When I called customer service I was told that they were sorry I didn't like the labels and they would be so kind as to offer me 10% off on my next order. No, I didn't LIKE them…they were the wrong size! I clearly checked 1"x 1" on their website, but their excuse is that their system somehow changed it.
They said I should have noticed that the system changed the size! Really? They said I approved the proof, which I didn't realize was in meters! So their system changes the size I select and then the proof they send is in a different format. That makes no sense at all, but they want to offer me 10% to use them again.
After asking for a manager repeatedly, I finally spoke to a lady named Eve who said they would re-do the order and wanted me to send back the wrong labels. After two weeks and no word from them, I called again and was told they had never even started the order. In fact, the correct order wasn't in their system. Then they said they were waiting for the original labels to be returned. Why would I spend an additional $30 in shipping costs on top of the $$ I already spent on the labels before I even have the corrected product that I paid for? She said it was her fault that the corrected ones weren't already done, and as a courtesy she would send them out before I send them back the bad ones. I am going to be out an additional $30 to ship this huge box back, but they are doing me a favor??
I asked over 10 times for a manager, supervisor, owner, etc . and each time I am told there isn't anyone available.
I asked for my money back and was denied that as well. I've tried to reach out to management but no one there seems to care how their customers are treated. Better Business Bureau, Twitter and Trust pilot will all have poor reviews of this company and I hope whoever reads this finds another company to do business with. Times are tough for so many businesses who struggle to get customers. This company doesn't deserve to have any! My daughter is an RN struggling to pay off her student loans with her side business and what they've done to us is just ridiculous.

I could not be happier with my experience! I found the quality, service and speed met or exceeded my expectations. I also was happy with the interface to create them. It didn't completely meet my needs but I added in special instructions and they were followed and I've recommended them to friends!

Uploaded my own design. It was purple and white but I wanted it printing on a woven label in black and white. The order form had a field to select colour choices. I specified black and white in the respective background and design areas. I clicked for a proof to be supplied but the confirm button didn't seem to work, so I went without a proof. A few days later I got a proof which showed the label with two rulers and measurements for checking the size. This was all correct, the label looked correct and so I approved the design. I finally received the labels and they were purple and white (as I'd uploaded) but my colour spec had been lost, either in translation or it hadn't worked on the order form!? I called and was told to email a picture of the labels I'd received and a copy of the proof I'd received. Both were completely different looking in colour! I got a reply saying . . .

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't like the labels you received.
Our system automatically detects the colors when you upload your design. There is no notes added on your order that you wanted black for the background. We also didn't receive any email stating the changing colors.
We also provided a photo proof with the measurement beside the label, which you approved. Change might be in the colour as it looks different on different computer screens.

I found this highly unfair as this label is for commission work (which my customer is paying for) and the colour is of utmost importance, I would not have got this detail wrong or forgot to request it in the colour field where it asked for colours required!!! Nor can I ask the customer to pay twice to rectify a fault that was neither mine or my customers!! Bitterly disappointed with this response from the company, it wasn't a case that I didn't 'like' the labels (as they termed it) the labels were WRONG! Up until this point it was going extremely well and I was impressed by the company, but now I feel unfairly treated and unheard. If the fault was my own I'd have held my hand up and taken it on the chin, but I filled out the relevant fields for a black and white label which I didn't get! 馃槨

I ordered labels on June 18th, 2020 for a customer's shirt screenprinting project with a tight deadline. I chose this company because they advertised a 7-10 day ship. It is now July 6th and I still don't have the labels. I have reached out to Dutch Label several times and the standard response is that they hope they ship Friday. I won't be using this company again.

This company is not what it says it is. Don鈥檛 believe the 7 day delivery info on the website, it took over a month for mine.

Customer service is pretty unhelpful too with no solutions, standard emails back like a robot.

I wrote a review on their website but it seems they only publish the 5 馃専 reviews.

Label quality is OK I would mot recommend this company.

I ordered custom labels (x300) and was assured by multiple staff that the 7 day guarantee (as stated on their website) and 3 days postage would apply to my order. 4 weeks later and numerous emails requesting updates I have now been refunded the full price I paid. I was told repeatedly that my labels had been shipped but now appear to be "lost". Customer service repeatedly lied to me and told me they could not update me. Avoid this company, untrustworthy!

Great Labels. I have used Dutch Label Shop on several different labels. The labels have all been excellent and the graphics on the last one were great. Fast and efficient, with a proof sent to me before being produced for approval. Nice work. Highly recommend!

Labels take around 3 weeks to arrive when the website misleads you and says 鈥渓abels arrive within 7 days鈥?br />
Customer service was rude and gave me plenty of attitude and lies.

Our organization is a 501 C3 non-profit. We have been ordering our labels from Dutch Label Shop for years. Their prices are very reasonable and there turn around time is very quick. I love their variety and their customer service is awesome. Highly recommend Dutch Label Shop!

Over all excellence in service and quality.
The design and weave of these labels capsule exactly my vision in a professional way for my products. Since receiving my first logo labels, I have since ordered more garment care tags and size labels in my design. The prices are brlianr and manufacturing and shipping time is reasonable for what's ordered. Would fully recommend for a professional Finnish.

received my labels today and they are unusable. The text is fuzzy & is un-readable on our labels. You would think that they would have contacted us to inform us that there is no way the text in white would work on a pink background (why give it as a choice)? Waited for so long to get them and so disappointed we wasted our money and time:(

ordered a few labels from them, it took them 3 weeks instead of 1 to produce and ship them, their support is not answering most of the time, don't order there.

Though they claim to be shipping and located in Pennsylvania they somehow email respond at 4am. Customer service very very heavy accent just don't like the deception. Followed all steps regarding colors etc followed up on phone to confirm all was correct then receive completely wrong labels after waiting so long customer service hostile and rude now I'm out of time and up a creek
