+ I had ordered it to be shipped to a post-box, but since GLS did the service, they did not have the key to it, and it was sent back to UK because GLS forgot to contact me. Even though it was not DvdBinders fault, they paid for a new shipment. And I had the box at work only a few days later. GREAT service!
+ I ordered a new shipment some months later and they put extra free products in, even though I said I would like to pay for it! ROCKS!
+ Customer service answered my questions after a few hours on mail.
