I wish there was a zero star
*** BEWARE ***
Bought the electronic download.
Link never provided.
Opened a ticket.
Never responded.

This was my second attempt to do business with this person. After similar experience the first time, they apologized and gave excuses. So I tried it again. Same results.

Fool me once, shame on you.
Fool me twice, shame on me.

Learn from my experience.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE !!

Was looking for "Innocence" (2004) forever when came across this website. I chose the "download only" option. I received the link with the download and honestly was pleasantly surprised. I did not expect such crisp high quality video. Very happy with the purchase. Thank you!

For out-of-print movies and other unavailable titles, DVDLady may become my go-to resource moving forward. It's a valuable service with very good customer service.

I ordered a download-only copy of an old Hong Kong classic on 6/2, and even received a text message confirmation of my order. There was a slight delay in delivery (I received my order on 6/12), but I'm not going to hold that against DVDLady, since every business is experiencing pandemic-related delays like this right now.

But the best part? During the delay, I decided to change my order to a different Hong Kong classic–and DVDLady ended up sending me BOTH films! That's what you call going above and beyond for a customer. 🙂

Thanks, DVDLady!

Recieved the DVDs fairly quickly considering they came from England. Nice packaging cases for each of the DVDs. I recommend this seller!

The DVD "Murder by the Book" with Robert Hays and Catherine Mary Steward is one of my all time favorites. It actually had "more" of the movie than I remember. Great quality, and I received it earlier than I expected! You got any MORE Robert Hays movies? In this TV movie he plays two roles and the alter ego, Biff Deegan, makes it especially interesting. Music in that movie was great too.

Can I give a no star?? Ordered a film 20 days ago…for DOWNLOAD!! Didn't hear anything for a week..then they said my card was declined due to some error (on their part..I had the stim money which was 100x the amount) Then they said i could use paypal..without saying how (usually a company gives a link)(which is weird since paypal uses the exact sane card)
Now multiple responses from me..and STILL no response.. and no download. Why do i think rhis is a scam site?

I ordered a dvd to be digitally sent and was sent a video with awful audio and a blank screen, sent countless emails only been responded to twice. One email was from Nathan Lazaroff who sent me the digitized copy of dvd that was awful.
It's about time this company gets reported for fraud.

I finally found the movie I have been looking for – and I just had to wait a few days for the link to download it. The sound was clear, and I am very happy about the whole experience. / Therese (a happy customer)

The dvd I ordered on 3/8/20 has never arrived. Order #112556, $15 charged to my Visa. There are delays caused by the Plague but 12 weeks is too long. He did offer me a download that worked and I was able to finally watch my film but I should have the dvd that I paid for. But no other business offers the film I wanted on dvd. He was very nice, responding quickly to my questions via e-mail but I ordered a dvd and don't have it. Be aware that his overseas mail is, shall we say, "spotty". Good luck to every rare film buff.

The availability of rare titles is impressive, as is the customer service. However, both the films I ordered were scanned from VHS, meaning that the picture quality left a lot to be desired.

The DVD took over a month to arrive, and came from Paris, France?

The DVD took over a month to arrive. When it did, I saw that it had been sent from Paris, France. I assumed that all items were mailed from the U.S. It would have been nice to know that it might be coming from overseas. That would have given me a better idea of why it was taking so long.

I do realize that these are extraordinary times, and I appreciate that there is someone who can ferret out old movies that are no longer available in any format. Still, if possible, a little more communication and transparency would be nice.

For some reason, the move itself was broken up into two parts on the DVD. Not a big deal, but again not sure why this was necessary.
