I鈥檝e ordered a doormat via bol.com and it has never arrived because of an incorrect address. I live here for 1,5 year and received everything! The customer service said at least 3x when they find the returned post they will send it again but it never happened. On top of that around Christmas they are not available via phone (tried on 23-24 and 27)
