I have to put this in writing as the website, support and services currently being offered by the DVLA is at the best鈥︹€︹€︹€ery poor.

1. Your telephone number DOES NOT work
2. Your 鈥楥hat Bots鈥?are absolutely useless and are not fit for purpose
3. Your email option doesn鈥檛 allow you to put any text in to tell you what I want to email about!!

Quite frankly just poor鈥︹€︹€︹€︹€︹€?

Please do not use COVID-19 as an excuse as this did not take your telephone lines down , make you implement a P155 poor 鈥榗hat bot鈥?service, or set your web services up to take an email without allowing a customer to put information on the email.

I have wasted 2 hours of my time trying to sort what is a simple issue but your service has made it a royal pain.
