Then the van was lifted (not their co ) by a lovely man. It went in day 4 or 5 they told me van would be ready just over a week.
So Monday 15th my van was ready but can鈥檛 be delivered till Wednesday due to lack of staff and would be with me between 9 and 1 in the Wednesday.
So 18th/9/19 1:24 they rang to say they was on their way and been held up in traffic.
The van turned up and I had Cost to cover them being late picking up my disabled son and so on. The man who drove my van was a gent. How ever the other man from nationwide wasn鈥檛 !!!!

So when my van turned up I questioned a mark on it and they said it was my van had the top coat missing from when it was new which was rubbish, then the not so nice gent started getting verbally aggressive so much so my neighbour came out. I wouldn鈥檛 sign paper work I was not happy with a spillage which had stripped the lacquer from the boot and pitted paint job. Also the not so nice man told me they had left office at 1 so they was late due to work load and showed me his paper work so the insurance is questioning excessive speed also. So when I wouldn鈥檛 sign I ended up being told to F****off with witnesses and the one fingered salute.
You can tell what happened next they said I made it all up over the state of my van.
It had gone through quality control having not been valeted or hovered and body work not checked obviously.
I am a loan female with my elderly sprightly aunt who was in total shock.
My disabled son couldn鈥檛 be picked up and hasn鈥檛 been able to use his chair down to cars not to suit having a wheelchair in.
I have just come off customer service and said I had made the whole thing up and will not be touching my car and she whole heartily believes he didn鈥檛 act in this manner.
Flabbergasted to say the least

We have so far been given 3 separate dates for completion. Was given a Kia picanto as a courtesy car for a land rover discovery. Couldn't use the car as it was not fit for purpose so had to return it. Have been left with no car and now a further extension to completion date.
I wasn't able to check reviews before but I wish I had, bumpers not being fixed, cars being used, shoddy work, cars being in for months and/or having to go back multiple times to be corrected.
Avoid at all costs.
NEVER LET YOUR CAR GO TO THESE PEOPLE THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE AND ALSO THEY ARE NOT REGULATED BY THE MOTOR OMBUDSMAN SO YOU DONT STAND A CHANCE WITH THEM.
POOR POOR POOR. VERY ANGRY AND ANNOYED WITH THIS COMPANY AM LOOKING INTO FURTHER LEGALACTION WITH THEM. THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED
