Ordered a set of Intercom for motorcycle, it says clearly 2PCS, but I have received only one and it wasn't cheap either. I am very disappointed. I doubt they will send the other or refund me.

Waited the full 25 days for it to arrive, contacted them on their website asking "what's up" a couple days later…
"We are sorry to inform you that items you ordered cannot be ship to your country by Standard, just can ship by express(DHL).
You just need to pay $15 shipping fee for the package,"
Is this extortion or something???
I NEED the phone so I paid. Let's see if it shows up. ;-(

Like everyone else says, STAY AWAY from DX.com.

I placed my order with a promised delivery time of a maximum of 15 business days. The invoice shows the same thing. When the product did not show up, I contacted them online and was told not to worry, it was guaranteed and would be there within 30 to 55 days! Even that has passed now and no sign of the product even though they say they have shipped.

They have stopped responding to online messaging and their email address, as other have noted, is dead.

I certainly never would have ordered with them had I known that it would take 2 months to deliver. I certainly would never have ordered with them if I had known that they never would deliver, would continually ask me to be more patient and that they would charge my credit card without ever delivering or honoring their guarantee.

I ordered a mobile phone 7 months ago. But I have not received it yet. Unfortunately, they do not have an answer.
I also ordered a mobile case, which sent me the wrong model, and even though I gave it a star, it appears on the 5-star site.
I do not recommend this store at all.

This website is pathetic. They lie about the real retail price to make it seem like you are getting a better deal. And they also both the sale price of items and the fake retail price to keep the % off the same. Absolute joke of a website. Would not recommend.

They do not tell you when placing an order that the product is coming from China. So I never thought to use China Post to try and track my order. Confirmation e-mail still did not indicate the purchase was coming from China. And did not provide any customer service number with a + 86 (indicating order from China ) they also did not have any local US phone number. There is a similar sounding company dx delivery in England whom I though I was dealing with for tracking my order They are based in England and only ship to England and Ireland. Since this company has such a low rating I suspected I was dealing with fraud type company. Especially since logging onto my credit card transaction activity that was the only company that I have ever dealt with that put for there contact information just the word Internet where as every other company on my credit card activity report has a phone number to call. When I went to DX.COM there is no way to contact customer service except to login into your DX account. I tried to log on to my account I was told my login was invalid. I tried several times and reset my password several times and still could not contact them in any way. This company does not follow any customary business practices around the world and should be avoided. As noted by others if you receive a broken or product that does not work there is no way to resolve an issue. I also noted that their packaging of electronic and delicate products is very poor.

silly product that MUST be supported by fake reviews. the smart watch I ordered out curiosity is just preposterous as even a remote possibility. Massive锛?heavy and with ludicrous os. also website impossible to sign onto once you've bought so you can't leave a review post purchase. other websites of this type are much much better such as geek buying and dhgate.

Waited all day for a delivery from this company, no show. On the tracking system it said my parcel had been delivered. Contacted Wickes from whom I purchased my goods, who said the courier could not gain access. The drive gate was purposely left open, we also have cctv fixed at the gate. No courier came anywhere near. Do not use this cowboy outfit.

Salespeople do not respond and products do not arrive: 7-18 day forecast, 50 days have passed

So a couple of things.
– There's some days the site will let you login, and then there's the majority of the time where no matter what, you keep getting a verification error.

– I ordered exactly a month ago a drawing tablet that had not come. Only four days ago did they finally respond with an automatic message saying they can't reply to emails right now.

– Customer service is awful, literally I think we all agree.

I don't really think this is us being entitled right now. We are kinda being mistreated. I'm pretty sure im not the only one who thought I got scammed, right? The longest 'wait' time for delivery on the site was 11-22 business days. I mean it's been an entire month, way passed that now…

Makes me wonder if we really wanted to, if we could push legal actions for lack of communication.

I ordered three separate items from DX.COM at the beginning of April 2020 to a total value of approximately 鈧?50, and after over 2 months' waiting with no delivery, I left a scathing review of the company here, calling them thieves and fraudsters. I have since deleted that review, because much to my surprise, all products were delivered this week, about three months after having ordered them. The products exceed my expectations in quality, and I am very pleased. There is little excuse in having to wait three months for an order, but at the end of the day, I got what I paid for.

A few years ago I used dx.com a lot. But then I went back this year. And I had a very bad experience.

The order came after a delay of 1 month. And the package did not include all the parts of the product description.

There is an after sale service. But it is just a scam, and the form does not create anything.

Then there is a contact email address customerATdx.com But after writing to it, Gmail responds that the email does not exist.

I have never had these kinds of problems with sites like Aliexpress

SCAM AVOID – I queried how I track my shipment several days after the status was changed to "Fully Shipped" only for them to demand another $111 dollars to fulfill the order and telling me it hasnt been shipped at all. I tried to open a complaint on there website but the form doesnt work… you cannot contact them via twitter and facebook messages go unanswered.

Order a drone as it was shown in stock. Took the money instantly, then after a week of no response said it was out of stock I need to wait 2 weeks, after 20 messages and on messenger, I get a response, out of stock please wait. Asked them 10 times to cancel the order , no response. Then a message , saying out of stock, nothing about cancellation. Another 5 messages sent , nothing. I don鈥檛 think I鈥檝e dealt with such a irresponsible, ignorant and unprofessional company in all my years. Been a month and still have no idea what鈥檚 happening. Can鈥檛 find a email or system to complain. I鈥檓 拢400 out of pocket with no idea where , when or whatever is happening

Ordered a product that showed "in stock", did not receive it for a few weeks. Checked DealExtreme, they showed it out of stock. Contacted them, no support. Waited a month to get item to shipped status. Then item is delivered while we are away. They will not redirect to another address, so item is held. We try to pick it up when we get back, but item is now lost. DealExtreme refuses to refund. Opened a complaint with credit card company, still waiting for money back 4 months later. paid for premium mailing and received package a month later, had to pay a lot of customs plus the phone wasn't in a good condition. They won't refund anything, I guess it is my fault for trusting this company
