could not delivery my goods as they said the driver could not make delivery that was my first text,contacted them on live chat and the told me that my goods were at the wrong depot,and told to expect it to be delivered on the 31/10/2020 but they dont do saturday deliveries so theres more lies stay clear of this company there sevice is not acceptable will be reporting this to the c e o

Failed to collect, then claimed they had attempted to collect when they blatantly hadn't as I had been sitting in full view of the front door, driveway and street.

This is a review of uk courier DX.COM.
Wish i could give them a ZERO score on this system
They were to deliver some trees i had ordered from Wowcher on 5th May – no show. They said that i 'wasn't known at my own address' even though there are only 2 properties with this post code! They then emailed me to re-arrange delivery and i did this 4 x including calling them to set a delivery, and EVERY time nothing turned up, and on the day of delivery, they cancelled the delivery. Finally got them on online chat, and was told the vendor of the trees had supposedly 'recalled' the parcel on the day before they said they had first tried to deliver my parcel!! Cant believe a word they say! Lies and lies everywhere.Shocking company! Their CEO should be ashamed!

A simple job – pick up a parcel from an Ebay sellers address and deliver it to my home

Couldn't make it up !!!

After a 1 month of –
Sorry you're having problems… blah blah blah
We'll sound as if we're here to help but… blah blah blah
Going to string you along till you give up… blah blah blah

My Parcel has now been delivered to the neighbour of the pick up address !!!

Their incompetence knows no limit !!!
This company has no honour !!!

eud.dx.com is basically the same as dx.com except it's supposed to have EU stock. Well, I only ordered once so far, but my order was still shipped from HK according to the tracking they provided. Not a big deal for me, I just wish they would show on the website more accurate stock info. It took longer than advertised (10-11 days instead of 5-7).
The upside: I ordered products that I couldn't have found anywhere else (in UK/ EU) and at very good prices. And although the shipping took more time – it was still free of charge, so i won't moan about it – it was still Airmail, instead of the commonly used freight ships (from CN/ HK) that take a vague amount of time, from a few weeks to a few months.

They promised delivery in 5-7 businessdays, but after 7 businessdays, the items wasnt even sent from the warehouse yet. I contacted customerservice, but the coul only say "Just wait a little longer please" nothing else. I paid extra for my item compared to other sites, but I did it because of the promised fast delivery. The company denied any form of compensation despite a wery overdue delivery. I will never make businness with that Company Again.

Have received 3 automated emails on 3 days this week that my item's out for delivery-it was out of the blue, but I stayed most days in so I could catch it but nothing. No card, no email or phone, they keep ignoring my emails and I cannot phone them because the automated service doesn't accept my 100% correct tracking code. I don't know when my bike will be delivered, where it is or what happened. Based on the tracking page, it seems that first they got the wrong address (!!!) and the next daythe truck broke down, which they should have contacted me about. I did receive a one liner email, but it just says that there's no delivery out for this tracking no. which is not true. I'm ready to collectthe bike from Heathrow, assemble it and ride it home at this stage.

What sort of delivery services is this, I received a message to say that my package will be delivered today between 8am – 6pm, I waited all day, cancelled all appointments so that I can wait at home to receive the goods, but later got a message in the evening around 5pm that they have attempted delivery when I know it is a lie and no card was left either.
This courier company need to improve their services.

Just got an email from them saying they have tried to deliver today, and left a card, which is totally untrue, as I've been in all day with the front door wide open!
I have CCTV recording 24hrs so I know for certain that they are lying.
How are they still in business, and why are retailers even using them, they must know how bad they are, they've only got look on here.

Friendly Efficient Service. I purchased an item online & it was delivered through DX Secure. I knew I wasn鈥檛 going to be home so I arranged to pick up from the Tipton depot. This was arranged over the phone, so I went to the depot and was met by a Friendly DX employee and picked up my parcel with the minimum of fuss. Very Good Customer Service Experience.

Never use DX service. They are stupid and useless. They told me that my documents was signed by someone and its fake i was waiting all day and noone has not signed when i decided to fill complaining they say contact your sender wat selfish they are

My email below is self explanatory.
It is now 4 weeks since I emailed them (& resent email), and to date I have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement from them.

Dear Sirs

The order detailed below was despatched via DX overnight service.

I caught sight of the DX delivery van as it pulled up outside the delivery address below, so I opened the front door while the driver was sorting packages in the back of his van.
At this time he hadn鈥檛 seen me waiting for him and I was shocked and very angry when he threw one of the 3 packages from the high tail-step of the wagon down & out onto the road.

At that time your driver saw me, smiled, and said, 鈥榠t was broken already鈥? then laughed as he said something to the effect of 鈥榡ust joking鈥?
I was still shocked at having seen what he鈥檇 done and hadn鈥檛 said anything in reply. He then told me 鈥業鈥檒l mark it as damaged鈥? He then returned to his van & unloaded the other two packages which he delivered properly.
The package which he threw out of the van was indeed damaged, only at the point of impact with the road, however, fortunately for DX, the goods, which had been carefully packed, were not damaged.
I signed for receipt on the handheld device, which at that time showed the word 鈥榙amaged鈥? but it only occurred to me later that I have no copy of this note, and no evidence that the driver didn鈥檛 amend it further after I had signed it,

Having since read many very poor reviews of DX online (to which I have yet to add my own), I鈥檓 guessing you already know this is not an isolated incident.

The items below totalled a value of 拢498.35, and in this instance you have been fortunate that there is not a claim being submitted.
In future, I will ensure that any company I purchase from is able to offer alternative courier services, and if not I will simply not buy from them.

I trust you will look into this matter and I look forward to receiving your views.

I booked DX through parcel2go to collect a heavy router for me which I had bought on eBay. It was collected one day and delivered to me the very next day; surprised me how quick it was. Plus the machine had been badly packed in the box and was rattling about against all the accessories, but there was no damage whatsoever so it must have been handled carefully. I couldn't be more pleased and would use them again. I have used lots of different couriers and never had any real problem but this DX one was the best I've used.

Terrible service. Spoke barely any English and took me 40mins to find them. Wouldn鈥檛 bring the packages to the door or help me get them to the door. Avoid at all costs

Terrible service. Staff have no clue what's happening. Had to call more than 5 times about the item, when went to collect the item, it was not there in the collection point. Staff didn't know where the item was. Spend more than an hour and they said it went to Northampton. Don't know something supposed to be delivered in Reading went to Northampton. Staff so rude. Terrible service. Never use

Never answer the phone, do not answer email, on line chat non existent. Do not call back just say they are busy will get back to you. One parcel left on doorstep. The other no idea just a card which did not statie and asking me to go online for re-deliver. No re-delivery slots on line. Suppliers do not use.

Avoid …….Appalling service Delivery time between 8am and 6pm – stayed in all day but had to go out at 6:30pm and delivery turned up at 6:40pm (seen on our CCTV) an hour later we get a call from the depot to say no one was home. fuming to say the least asked them to call before making a re-delivery but so far nothing, their tracking site just says out for delivery!!!

delivered exactly???? couldnt even deliver my parcel, can not get hold of anyone on phone, live chat or emails. pathetic company if they cant be bothered to deliver or answer phone emails. never again!!!

Shocking service…would never use again. Meant to be 24 hour delivery for medical supplies to support an international team at their European championships but failed to deliver until 5 days later. Boxes in appalling state all open and damaged. I feel driver lied about attempting to deliver, no cards left through letter box as most companies do if they are unable to get a signature. Delivery meant to be on Thursday but then they said it was due between 3-5pm on Friday…nothing, neither depot nor driver could be contacted. Driver said he was neither supplied with a map and then redirected on to a another job to pick up goods rather than deliver what should have been done the day before and then he ran out of time..After hours on the phone again to try and chase parcel boxes arrived damaged and open. Despite the urgency of this delivery there was no urgency to deliver first thing on subsequent days. I would strongly recommend not using this company.

Absolutely awful. A disaster. First time around, I had to go to their office to root out my daughter s passport due to their failure. Three years later, they were just as disappointing. They don鈥檛 care in the slightest, make no effort at all, claim you鈥檙e out when you鈥檙e in. You have to hang about all day by the intercom in the hope there is the slightest chance someone will turn up. No calls. They don鈥檛 answer their phones or emails. A total rip off. Never seen anything like it.

Lied about attempted delivery, want to charge for rearranging the delivery they never attempted! Can't get in touch through live chat, they have not answered my email from days ago. probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Why are the Government employing these edgits?

They couldnt deliver the item lying that they couldnt access the building. The building has 24hr concierge. The call centre is useless – reading scripts saying we are sorry. Making excuses but not efforts.

So far 5 days of my life waiting for deliveries that never come. Poor excuses and outright lies if you can ever reach someone to find out where the delivery is. Still not received package, will certainly ask sellers if they use DX and avoid for any future purchases. Avoid these jokers at all costs!

They haven't been in touch with me at all, I've been waiting all day at home and wait for my delivery, next day as well and then decided to write an email why my delivery is not on time. They sent me an email back that the courier left the note for me and sent the email as no one was at home… he didn't even knock on the door not mention that he left NO note that he was even there. Such a LIARS… I arranged new time and finally after over a week time I got my delivery. If you don't need to choose this company, then don't do it! I didn't have a choice and it cost me big stress as I paid a lot for my item!
