This is the worst courier company I have ever dealt with! Delivery was meant to be 10/12 waited in all day, nothing. Called customer service line, you cant speak to anybody. Automated line said they had my items I just needed to book a delivery date. Booked for the 14/12. On 12/12 they emailed me lying that they had still not received my parcels at the depot so therefore could not deliver 14/12. The company I bought from sent me a screenshot proving that DX did indeed have my items at the depot as they scanned them in. Received an email from DX 14/12 asking me to book another delivery date, I booked 16/12. Yet again, they did not deliver. Lunchtime 16/12 they text me to say the could not deliver as arranged and you've guessed it, ask me to yet again rebook my delivery date! As yet have not received these much needed items.

Had message sent early to say delivery between 0800/1800 Saturday, cause I had to work left message on front door say dx express please leave with neighbour. Had message at 1400 hours to say been delivered, got home to find parcel no where , got in contact with h Samuels who I ordered from, they contacted dx express, who sent me a picture far back of my front door, with my message on door still, making it look lime a parcel in my letter box, so the driver has stolen it. Grrrrrr named jose
