Worst customer/warranty service in the world, avoid to buy any product from this company.

Waiting since may 5th to get a answer from them for my warranty problem, which caused by the dxracer company. My seat started peeling 1 year after I bought it, and contacted dxracer.net(where i bought it), filled multiple contact pages in that time, and you can guess, they ignored me aswell.. Might because that company got bankruptcy in my warranty time.

Getting 0 help from dxracer europe, not even a reply about Hey, no replacement.. Sad service.

I had a feeling the negative reviews were simply trolls, and I'm glad I went on my instincts. My racing series chair arrived within 4 days from Sweden to UK, comms were excellent (they answered any email questions I had within 24 hours), and these guys are 10/10. Ignore the negatives trolls.

5 weeks have gone by and not any info on the package has been given. They do not answer to the emails you send to customer service. Maybe I will get my items eventually, but buy your items from somewhere else.

Cant really mention the customer service problem everyone else seems to be having here. I bought the chair and came under the 5 day EU delivery so no issues from me there. Everything was standard and smooth sailing as always. Far as the chair goes, its solid and a heavy unit. Not at all difficult to assemble and feels real heavy duty tanky.

Stay away from this product. I bought a DXRacer FORMULA Gaming Chair fro my sons birthday nov. 2017. June 2019 the handles began falling apart. I contacted the shop where I had bought the chair – and they were nice, and they contacted DXRacers – but that ended up in "we cannot do anything about that – we do not what to send new handles" ???? come on – we are talking about a chair that cost 2.700,- danish kr … I mean that is not cheap. I was even willing to pay for them, but no …… so find another product !!!!!!!!

I ordered a DXRacer Pro R131-NW and honestly, it鈥檚 an incredible chair built with quality components. The comfort is exactly what I bought this chair for, with the pro series difference being the higher back height. The lumbar and neck rest supports are invaluable and make working 9-5 almost enjoyable!

Unfortunately I had to wait over 2 weeks for delivery with no communication and not a single apology. I was informed vehicular failure was the cause for disrupted delivery, but basically that was a me problem.

Would I recommend DX Racer to a friend? Unfortunately due to my delivery fiasco, I would not put any trust in their ability to deliver on time and their customer service does not reflect the quality of their products. It鈥檚 a shame because I would recommend the chair to anyone and everyone, it鈥檚 a proud centre piece in my office.

I bought a DxRacer 5 through Amazon. The chair has the lever of the armchair broken from factory. Amazon requests me to return it. As it has no sense, I have contacted directly to DxRacer Europe to request just a new lever, not a complete chair. They have answered to me that they do not recognize the model, but the funniest thing is they have send to me links to buy a new armrest in it's webpage.

My counseil is: don't buy in Amazon there is a strong risk that you receive returned products. And do not buy any DxRacer products, they do anythig to avoid recognize any faulty product. If you search in google a bit you will find out that they are poor quality producers and use subrands like the Amazon Robas Lund DxRacer to send them factory scraps.

Lovely chairs. Terrible after-sales service. One of our chairs broke at a weld which looks as if it was not completed properly, or perhaps they are all made as shoddily as this? It is a metal ring forming a socket for the gas strut in a metal plate on the seat underside. It appears to only have been spot welded when this small ring takes the entire weight of the chair and its occupant. Out of its 2 year warranty, but this is not covered by the life-time frame warranty because it is not the part of the frame that is covered – ie. the solid metal parts than cannot possibly ever break are the only parts covered!

ABSOLUTELY NON EXISTENT AFTERSALES SERVICE!
DX Racer chairs are not cheap. You expect quality product and quality customer service. My experience was very poor. I should have read these reviews – you try returning a faulty product – good luck!

My advice don't buy DX Racer – i eventually bought a Brazen chair- so much better quality and value for the money.

I was very dubious about purchasing from Dxracer Europe after reading previous reviews.
However I could not be more pleased. The communication was excellent. The dxracer chair arrived within 5 days of ordering. The packaging was quality and the chair was easy to assemble and brilliant quality.

Highly recommended.
