2 months and still haven't received my bottle. Contacted them and they tell me it's in transit. That was a 4 weeks ago. Any negative feedback/comment I leave them on Facebook or their website, they delete it. They also delete other consumers negative feedback. That's why when you look on their pages, they don't have any 1 star reviews.
Refused to refund money.

I have been waiting for my new bottle and diffusers for 56 days. After asking, they admitted to having no stock for two weeks and didn't upgrade my standard shipping either, thus still waiting. I have now asked for a refund, for they do not deserve my custom.

I've done exactly what the instructions said to remove the diffuser, and it simply will not connect no matter what. Been trying for hours per day, still can't get it out. Furthermore, I bought another diffuser on here without realizing how impossible it really is to remove it. After I bought it, it says "unfulfilled" whatever that means. Doesn't exactly go into more detail so I can know more about what's going on. All I can say is that I'm the one who's unfulfilled, here. On a side note, the water tasted exactly the same as any other water I've had and I feel exactly the same, too.

Ordered on April 22, 2020. Called Customer service and spoke with Ray on April 29, 2020 and was told that my selection (Royal Purple) was previously out of stock but the shipment had come in that day 4-29-2020 and I would receive a tracking number on April 30 or May 1.

No tracking number was received so I called again. Had to call twice on May 5 2020 as I was unceremoniously dropped into a voice mail box. Spoke with Nellie on my 2nd try and was told that there was a glitch in the website that allowed me to order an out of stock item and if I changed my color today it would be shipped out.

Of course I asked why I wasn't notified last week when I called that there was an issue and why haven't I heard about this issue anytime since my order? She had no real answers, just lies. Ask to speak with a supervisor regarding my order and refund and was told I'd have to wait until a call could be scheduled. I have no doubt that I'll not be receiving that call.

Do not order from this company. You will not get your product. Don't believe the comments or lack thereof on their social media…they are actively deleting negative comments.

I cancelled my order and also placed a dispute with Paypal. Thankfully I did not type in my CC during my order, I have no doubt it would have been compromised.

This company is a complete scam!

Shocked, I got my bottle as expected within a week. I was only able to get a purple bottle, the rest were sold out. Still trying to measure PH level though.

I also have not received my item.
The CEO Dorian Ayers of Dyln has a profile on LinkedIn, I just contacted him with my concerns, maybe everyone should do the same thing.

Thanks for a response but i have contacted your customer support many times and still not received any response. The tracking number you supplied does not provide any valid information regarding my delivery, i have also contacted my local postal service who also confirmed my item has never arrived in Australia.

Made an order for beads replacement in 6 Nov. Today is 20 Dec and it has not reached me. Customer Service claimed order was lost in the system. Promised updates but always have to chase for it. Very disappointed. Looking for alternatives.

Can I give less than 1 star? Ordered a WATER BOTTLE that apparently had a lengthier production time than the iPhone. Customer service is pretty responsive, but what good is that when all you get is excuses for several months in a row? I ended up cancelling my order several months after placing it, otherwise I鈥檇 still be waiting on the product.

I ordered a bottle back in September 4th and it鈥檚 now 25th September and I still have not received my water bottle. In between there has been numerous follow up emails that I had to initiate and on the 23rd September was advised it will shipped and tracking details provided very soon but up till now nothing has been provided. The experience in the ordering process has put me off and would not recommend to buy from here.

Avoid this company. I ordered an item from them on 4th July 2019 and despite many promises that they were shipping it to me, I never received it. I am not alone! Many unhappy people have said the same on their Facebook page. I believe this company is scamming people. Please be warned!

Dishonest and scam!
I have not heard so many lies from one single company before – they lie in their marketing, they lie to their customers, I looked deeper and both the owner and especially his wife are lying scam artists – they are very good at pretending and making things look great and wonderful but once you look closer it鈥檚 easy to figure out that they are fake self-made celebrities who fake their way in through deception. I am lab technician so tested their bottles and 1. The pH is a lie – their new bottles are too large for the old tiny diffuser to make alkaline! 2. They leach lead and other chemicals into drinking water. I found their official testing results and it also shows that it leaches lead into water and the water samples they tested starts with 9.0pH and only raise ph by 0.1 point in 20 minutes! I feel stupid that I didn鈥檛 look at this sooner. Then I looked at their amazon reviews and I could tell that every single 5 star review is fake-fake-fake! No one writes exactly how they want to be marketed like.

Definitely a scam. It's been 4 months still no bottles shipped. But they deduct money from credit card immediately. I ordered due to web site stating 3 day shipment. Several false emails sent by dyln all lies and false promises. Their customer service can take weeks to reply. Im seeking a refund and every one else should..not sure if I will get my money back. Very disappoinment. Was a promising company but have lost their ways.

My review was just like everyone else's I ordered in November it's been nothing but excuses. I paid for two bottles tops and bottoms then they said you can only get the bottles then I got an email on August 15 saying it was shipping out the orders but when I called today they said it could be another 2 to 4 weeks. The only reason I have not gone to American Express and have the charges reversed is because I love my first two bottles. My review was just like everyone else's I ordered in November it's been nothing but excuses. I was looking forward to having them this entire summer for all the vacation trips I was taking with my husband. I have never had this happen with any start up company and the customer service I'm sure that they're so overwhelmed they don't even answer the phones anymore whatever their issue a problem is it would just be better if they were honest more honest than they have been instead of just doing out excuses. I would give them zero stars but you have to add one in order to make and leave a comment !I would like to know if this was a scam and that they took everybody's money because my goodness they had so many orders and that maybe his CEO just took off with it all. That's what I'm thinking and that's what I believe until somebody gets back to me. I truly do want my bottles!
Now I am very upset I just looked on Amazon and they have all the water bottles and they're selling them for $58 apiece! What the hell! Why are they selling to other companies when we are the ones that gave the money to start us that's what it's called a kickstart we should have our bottles first! This just became a horrible horrible company! Not backing their backers! Shame on you DYLN???

The worst service ever. They email to tell you that your shipment will be ready in 2 weeks but for 3 months Im still waiting. Its a scam. Pathetically preying on people who want to improve their health. More social media coming your way !!!

I would 1st like to say, if we were just talking about the Dyln original bottle this would have been 5 stars. Since we are reviewing the company, i wish i could give it NO stars. I ordered my 4 Insulated bottles in November 2018 with the understanding that they would be delivered in April 2019. Well that was the positive part of the process. Now it is September 2019, and all that has been delivered by Dyln so far is one excuse after another. It took me complaining on their public forums and waiting 4 months before they would even ship me replacement Diffusers for the 4 original bottles that i presently have. Dorian Ayers is the CEO of the company and has asked me in a email to stop "spamming" all their posts, and I complied at the time. However, after sending numerous support emails to the company, I have yet to receive any response back (other than the automated 2-3 days response). I have discovered that to a comment requesting a shipment update on Kickstarter, that Dyln claims to have shipped my bottles 4 days ago, but I have not received any tracking #'s email for this shipment. All other requests (9) for updates during the same time, were given the following excuse: "Unfortunately, our international warehouse has encountered some delays. We are pushing them to get orders shipped asap". Someone is being lied too, I think that is me. If you want a Dyln bottle, just order the 1st version bottle from Amazon. That way you KNOW the bottle will be shipped to you. Please order extra diffusers, so that you have them when you need them. Instead of waiting 4 months.

This is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Getting to the point of thinking I've done my money. There are dozens of people thinking like me posting on the DYLN Facebook page of not receiving this orders. Poor old Dylan would have been so disappointed in Dorian

I order my Dyln bottle with 4 refills on the 25th March to date I have not received my item. I received reply to my emails till last month saying my item will be dispatched soon and they were sorry for the short delay ! Now I am not receiving a reply back to any of my emails …

Horrible company. Pledge on Kickstarter on Nov 2018 and it was stated that expected delivery should be on April 2019. Due to multiple delays owning to varies reasons the ship by date shift to Jul 19 which I can accept cos things happens. What I can鈥檛 accept is then repeatedly making empty promises and even fake claims that bottles has been shipped when actual they did not and only make unapologetic replies when pushed for an answer. Very slow in replying to comments on Kickstarter and only respond if you post on their FB page. Scam company.

Update: they block me on fb for commenting to warn others of them not shipping out orders after making promises to ship. It鈥檚 11 Set today and they have yet to ship out my bottles after promising me 4 times via various channels that my bottles will be out in a few days.

I ordered my DYLN water bottle on 5/3/19 and as of 8/7/2019 I have not received it. I sent an email and received a pathetic apology email and they would be shipping in a few weeks. This pathetic email was received on 6/23/2019 and it鈥檚 been over a鈥漟ew weeks鈥?and still no sign of a water bottle. Their customer service is the worst!!! The least they could do is notify customers of issues since they have taken my money and I have heard nothing from them except when I reached out inquiring about where my order was! It has been over 3 months and there is no reason or excuse a company should take this long to fill an order or at least reach out to the customer. I can鈥檛 even get a return call!!!! I wouldn鈥檛 have even given them One Star, but it wouldn鈥檛 allow me to write a review without at least one star! ?
