Worst company ever. Stay away from this piece of ****. How are these guys even allowed to operate in the market? I've sent my phone for reparation 2 weeks ago and I was supposed to get it back in a maximum of 5 days. I'm still waiting. The track & trace says there was a "sorting error" but this status has not changed for over a week now. I've contacted Dynafix multiple times and they can't tell me when I will get my phone back. Actually, they don't even know where my phone is! They took my phone and "lost" it. If this is not theft, I don't know what is. I've already filled a complaint in their system but (as expected) got no response. The customer service is a joke, the only thing they can tell you is what is in the track & trace page. Well, thanks, I can check that myself. They also hang up on you if you start complaining and say they will call you back and they don't (this happened all the times I called). Someone should file a lawsuit against this joke of a company, they are scammers and should be taken out of the market. If they keep my phone for another week I'm calling the police.

After 2 weeks I still do not have my phone just for a simple screen replacement and now there is a problem with delivery and they told me they are going to start investigation after 1 week, maybe another week for solving problem and another week for delivery so more than a month maybe what is that ?

I had sent my phone up for repairs. They fixed the broken piece but my phone looked like utter SH**. EVERYWHERE THERE WHERE SCRATCHES AND CHIPS IN THE FRAME. BRUH DO YOU EVEN FIX THINGS WITH CARE OR DO YOU THROW STUFF AROUND??? Please stay away from this company. I hope they will go bankrupt and never turn back.

I was told the repair would be done within 2 to 3 days. When the track&trace code had some issues I started reading some reviews. I saw so many bad reviews that I got really concerned since I couldn't go without my phone for too long. I tried contacting the customer service via Facebook Messenger, but before they got the chance to reply (the same day!) I received an email that my phone was fully repaired and they would deliver it the next day. So I have to admit I was worried at first. But they managed my questions well, repaired my phone very quickly, and did a good job on the delivery! I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I made an exception, since the other reviews told me a different story than I experienced. Phone was delivered on time today. Very happy with the result!

I have a 3 year warranty on my Huawei phone. I sent it to them and after they received it they sent me an invoice claiming that my warranty is over. Then they admitted that my warranty is still valid but that I sent it in a wrong way. I sent it as instructed by the seller but they keep insisting that I did not send it properly. They ask me to take it back not repaired for a 50 euro fee and then send it to them again and they will repair it for free. This is totally absurd, it has no logic. They have it there already, why not repair it? They have a contract with Huawei for that. They are very inflexible and unprofessional. It's been 3 weeks since they have my phone and they were supposed to provide a 3 working day repair as stipulated by my warranty.

Send my phone for repair through the Samsung Repair service for some software problems and now they are just telling me that the warranty does not apply to my problems and that they are not able to fix it. Now I am obligated to pay for their "service"… I thought the warranty on Samsung phones where supposed to be two years? And how is it my fault that my phone suddenly decides to be autistic? What a waste of time and money

Via my Insurance I sent my device to Dynafix. That was 5 weeks ago. After they didn't respond to various messages my Insurance told me that they have sent the device back. One week ago I finally received my device (In my opinion, more than two weeks are absolutely not acceptable as one needs the phone to work, for banking stuff, etc.). I opened the envelope and was in shock.. they sent back the damaged device. After four weeks. Without any repair. Luckily my insurance didn't charge me something for the second reclamation now.. I sent the device back in and the shipping status says they received it two days ago but the Dynafix Track&Trace doesn't even show that they received it. So probably it's laying around somewhere or they lost it. Now 6 weeks have past for me without a phone. Let's see how long it takes this time.. ridiculous

I had my Samsung phone picked up by the 'Samsung Repair Service' but it turned out Dynafix is the company doing the repairs. Their reputation is questionnable. They fixed what they had to though, and I expected to be charged (screen was broken) so that was OK. The pickup and track and trace worked well. No real complaints on their handling. Only issue is that there was a 10 day period without communication despite repeated emails from my side (during which I was reading some scary reviews). So relieved when my phone came back. I wonder why big players like Samsung work with places like Dynafix, are they really the only option out there?

Heb een mavic air verzonden zonder assecoires. Deze had een error na de laatste firmware update, refresh werkte niet.

Conclusie DJI

NO WARRANTY: Crash damage. Liquid damage. Aircraft & gimbal damaged. Battery damaged. According to the assessment made by our Engineering staff it has been discovered that this unit is a Total Loss/is Water Damaged.

Gimbal en camera werkten gewoon goed voor verzending en geen accu mee verzonden. Toch is deze volgens DJI beschadigd…………

Scammers! My new Toshiba laptop I had to sent in after 6 months because the audio port stopped working, they picked it up and after an expertise concluded I had dropped it and it didn't apply for the promised warranty. I had treated it with care and they threatened me to either pay the expertise and delivery (80 euros) or my new laptop would be destroyed… Outrageous. Of course I had to pay it to get my laptop back, and turned out they had not even bothered to put back the broken audio output port! Utter bandits these guys.

what a joke ? Dynafix. i am gona fix myself. i though those guys are stuffs to fix? not to make more damage? really ! the only reason i send to them is because i still have warranty. otherwise i know how to fix myself.
them every thing is water demage ) funny…….guys if you want to know more about this company …just google…it…:)

scammers, stay far away from this company.

they are absolutely not to be trusted.

i sent my mobile phone here because the screen wouldnt turn on anymore.

they sent it back more damaged than it arrived, except the screen is working now. the camera is broken, the case is cracked and the sound isn't working.

i sent it back for repairs, they claim the damage THEY did to the phone isn't part of the warranty and refuse to repair it, however they charge an additional E150 to sent back the phone.

after they spent almost 2 years sending me random bills for repair costs!

it's better to just buy a new phone or get it repaired somewhere else than having to deal with this incompetent company.

Atrocious and appalling.
Didn't even have courtesy of actually investigating product to be repaired.
Defaulted to $200+ out-of-warranty 'mainboard replacement' which was very clearly (and outlined to them many times) not at fault (a separate $10 part was, of which detailed replacement instructions are publicly available). Even 'mistakenly' reported completely different device to be repaired. Now appear to have lost the device.

Excellent service. Promised full repair within 3 business days. A+++ Quick service. No hassle. Friendly couriers @DynaLogic. Ps, Dynalogic courier service = lightning quick in comparison to other comparable courier services.

They said they'd fix my phone within 3 days and yet, they returned it to me within a day! Also they replaced the motherboard of my s7 edge and now it works flawlessly 🙂

DO NOT USE THIS 'COMPANY' JUST A WARNING!
A year ago I sent my toshiba laptop worth 600 euro [6 months old] to repair under warranty. After 2 months they told me they can't repair it and they can't even send my laptop back! I threatened them with police and they got their s**t together immediately. This is a scam company. The customer support does not exist there, no one will help you. All they will do is try to scam you for your phones, computers and anything else they can get their hands on. DO NOT USE DYNAFIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The phone support can be good or bad, depending on the person you get on the phone. I had to call several times for one reparation and only once I was able to finally understand what's going on.
The repair center is a complete disaster in my opinion. The first time I sent the phone it was working about 70% of the time. I received it back completely nonfunctional. Before send it back were expecting me to pay again the delivery costs but I managed to convince them it's their fault so I should't pay twice to get my phone repaired once. The second time I sent it there were several problems with the track&trace. On the website there were photos of a different phone than mine, with a different problem, the support wasn't able to explain what the problem is or in what state the phone is. I am expecting it back in about 2 days, and so far I can only hope it will be the good one and functional.
They don't test the phones before sending them even though on the invoice it says they do.
Also the delivery system is a joke. The first time I had to receive the phone they send it to a pick-up center and I wasn't inform about this or that the phone has arrived. I was waiting for it at home until I finally decided to check the track&trace. Somewhere hidden on the page, not very visible I found the status of the DPD order and only there I could see that my phone was for two days at a pick up shop.
Try to avoid this as much as possible.

Very bad, rude customer service. Even though my phone was under a warranty, they were trying to extort a payment for repair. Refused to communicate. Only the guarantor intervention made them do the repair.
DO avoid this company, or don't be surprised to be ripped off.

I sent my phone Nexus 5 to Dynafix as official LG representative advised in order to repair it under guarantee. After 2 weeks they sent price specification EUR300. It was the price of my phone 2 years (!) ago. They said there was water damage so guarantee wouldn't help. I never dropped my phone into water, neither spilled anything on it. The other 2 solutions: to receive it back unrepaired for EUR26 or leave it to them (EUR0). One more important thing. Before sending it to Dynafix I brought my phone to a local shop around the corner and they said it could be fixed for EUR65. They didn't even mention any water. But I thought it would be much better to repair it with official dealer.
