I live in an old Amsterdam building and the outer door is narrow. I ordered a washing machine from MediaMarkt, delivered by DynaLogic. Seeing that the machine did not fit through the outer door with the packaging on, the delivery personnel refused to remove the packaging to let it fit through the door. So I was forced to send it back and my order was cancelled.

They told me that if I had paid for the special delivery option by paying 20 Euros extra, then they would be able and authorized to remove the packaging, get it inside my house and install it in its designated place.

So I found another product and made another order from scratch, this time paying 20 Euros extra for the special delivery option so that the DynaLogic staff would bring it inside my house, as it's supposed to happen in the first place anyway. But to my shock, when my machine arrived, once again, the DynaLogic personnel that brought the machine -upon seeing that with the packaging on the machine does not fit through the outer door- refused to do anything about the situation and forced me into choosing one of two options: they would either leave my machine on the street, or take it back to the warehouse. Even speaking to the superviser and explaining the whole situation with the backstory did nothing to change their attitude one bit. They told me at that moment that I should speak with MediaMarkt about the situation. So, having this happening to me for the second time, and not wanting to go through it for a third time with possibly the same outcome, I had no choice but to let the machine be left on the street for me to figure out what to do with it.

That's why I am extremely unhappy that DynaLogic DID NOT provide to me even the basic, free delivery service, despite the fact that I had even paid an additional 20 Euros to make sure there would be no problems.

I have never used this service before but I would highly recommend it. I ordered something on Bol.com who advised delivery would be on a Tuesday (I ordered on a Sunday). Dynalogic service emailed to say the delivery would take place on a Monday and I was most impressed that it did.
I wish all courier services were this reliable. They deserve the score of 10 which I have given because there was nothing I could fault them on.

Just 2 successive bad experiences with this company. The first time, they have broken a piece of my washing-machine when installing it. I have only noticed it when trying to make a new washing. The second time, they left my home without informing me that they were going away and letting my new drying machine unpacked and unplaced in the room. A scandal

The window of suspected arrival is ridiculous. Between 8AM and 10PM. It's the second time they give a window like that, and just a day beforehand, too…. late at night even. I don't know anyone who can arrange a whole day off on such short notice.
To make matters worse, the delivery guys completely ignored the "breakable" tape and the arrows showing which side needed to be up. 3 items were damaged as a result.

I had ordered a dryer and paid for the delivery and the installation over the washing machine. I asked the persons who did the delivery to lift the washing machine and place a base underneath. They said they would come the next day at 17:00 to do this and install the dryer. Some hours before our appointment, they informed me that the costs are 120 euros. They never answered to my question whether I get a receipt for this service. I then asked them to come and install only the dryer, as initially agreed (and paid). They never answered. The result is that I have the dryer uninstalled in front of my entrance.

My delivery of a new washing mashine and dryer was awful. The delivery person completely scratched my new wood floor and wall and then when I pointed it out, he blamed me! and said well if I didn't want damage I should have taken the washing machine out myself. Then in a big rush, he made a mess, left wrapping materials all over the garden and left. Extremely rude and unprofessional and I paid 40EUR for this 'service'?? Lodged a complaint and expect damage pay.

The worst experience ever had with a company!! They say they was not able to get into the building and after they say that my front door of my apartment and no one was there. Worst service specially when i ask them to show me the proof of that. Never have it. I am still waiting for my refund

Very Very Bad experience.I ordered a laptop via media market and ensured delivery will be done by them in a next day. They are just a big time liars,They dont come to your house to deliver and just update in the status no one at home. I really dont believe in this country a person can lie. They can tell the truth that they are not in a position to deliver clearly we can appreciate and can understand the pressure they have,but lying and putting customers in hassles not at all acceptable. by track number is 2064600497157 they clearly updated on site without calling us,without ringing to our house that no one at home. Really very upset with the team who is managing such types of liars in there organisation.

They never seem to deliver a package as they should. Lost, stolen, late – have seen all but a smooth delivery.

Better rename to die-no-logic.
