We have been so impressed the purchase of a bike that in the end we returned(unused). We had decided it was not the right bike and took it back in my van and bought another plus i was so happy with the process and the serviced we received that I bought a bike for myself.
They then got both the bikes ready to ride on the day we bought them and we went home very happy customers.

Ben was brilliant and Fred was great at showing us around our new bikes.

I can't say how pleased we were and will be taking them back for the 3 month check up.

We realized we'd made a mistake with the original purchase and we tried to be as helpful as possible in getting the bike back to them.
Once there we had personal service from Ben this made all the difference.

I bought a 2018 scott ex display bike from this company in March 2020 did my homework asked a lot of questions before i finally committed to buying this bike condition any marks paint scores etc with it being an ex display bike no nothing on the bike mate was my answer the bike arrived the next day it looked fantastic upon closer inspection there were 2 very plain and obvious chunks out of the paintwork which were not pointed out to me by Ben the salesman the owner鈥檚 attitude was horrific saying your bike will be covered in paint chips in 6 weeks his own bike is covered in paint chips what an shocking attitude to have i found him very arrogant he said that the bike was reduced which it was but it was a 2018 model and ex display it was never worth it鈥檚 original value had more issues with a faulty inner tube the wrong size inner tube was fitted to my rear wheel and over inflated it exploded less than 24 hours after my 1st cycle on roads and paths luckily for me it exploded during the night while i was sleeping and not when i was cycling on the roads the rear tyre was also faulty had a real bad buckle in it 6 months later i kept getting error codes on my display screen it turned out that the battery mount connector was faulty so it needed replaced i live 7 hours driving away from this company they were going to do the repair free of charge but refused to accept me boxing and posting the bike down to them only taking it in person very clever they had me so i had no choice but to pay my local bike shop 拢100 to repair this bike to be fair to this shop they replaced all the faulty parts on this bike inner tube rear tyre and battery mount connector although i was really annoyed that they charged me for postage on the battery mount connector knowing that i had to pay my local bike shop to repair it Alfred to be fair he was superb and very helpful with me during all my issues my bike is now running superbly mainly thanks to my local bike shop but would i ever buy a bike from ebikeshop again ? Not a chance will i ever buy another bike from this shop please do your homework and unless you live within reasonable travelling distance to this shop you will have to pay for your own repairs while your bike is still under warranty .

I wouldn鈥檛 even rate this one star if it was possible. AVOID at all cost. Their warrantee is a lie, they deal through 3rd party they have awful customer service and expect under warrantee parts to be paid for out of your own pocket. Do not buy from here!

We booked in a bike service for our two electric bikes a few weeks ago. We are both sencior citizens, so we had to pay a man and a van to take them to Farnham, which cost us extra money on top of the service. Prior to taking them we wrote on the website the work that needed doing particularly to my bike as the it had really noisy gears. We were away on holiday and having just got back on our bikes (we only ride about 2 miles when we do) I noticed my brakes were not working at all in the front, the noise was in more of the gears than before and the light we had asked them to connect, had not been done. We complained and they said we would have to pay to get the bikes brought back to them. They could not tell me what had been done when our bikes went in, but accepted that they did not fix the lights. There is no job sheet so quite frankly watch what they are doing for their money. Possibly nothing and just charging you for a service.
They claim they did not have a working Van to collectour bikes and correct the issue, yet when we purchased they managed to find one to deliver the bikes. We spent over 拢8K a few years ago and they will not put this right. Shocking customer service. Luckily a man in the village is coming, and he too said he heard that this company is very poor too.

This has to be the Worst company I have Ever shopped with ordered my Haibike Nduro 10 in may 2020 still not sure when it Will arrive so I have cancelled today and bought a yt decoy instead I would never buy from this company crap service

First of all the bike arrived damaged. Second it had a faulty hub. Had to walk bike home twice after consecutive hub failures. Bike been out of action for weeks since I got it late. This shop needs to learn what good customer service is. Awful communication, very arrogant and rude, Martin the shop owner talks to you like dirt most of the time and he is extremely patronising and condescending. Take your money then couldn't give two sh1ts about after care. Any questions or issues are just a hassle to Martin and his business. All Martin cares about is business and not the customer. He has had 2 attempts to fix my bike and now any other issue I'm entitled to a full redund and will 100% pursue this. I am so annoyed with myself for jumping into a deal with this shop. Big mistake! I have learned through my awful experience here that you should only ever buy from a local bike shop you can trust . These reviews speak for themselves! 3 stars is a joke. They should not be any more than 2 at best! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Just unpacked my Haibike All Mountain 3.0 – what a beast!
TNT stood it on its head delivering it though……damaged the retainer on the stem.

Ordered a HaiBike….Deliered a few days later than I was promised. Made a few calls to them on putting it together and insurance issues very friendly and helpful very happy with bike

I thought I might be the only one coming here to review this company. But, oh my! The customer service here is so poor that I cannot believe that waiting weeks and weeks without an update in 2020 is acceptable, covid or not! They just will not provide any information and act as if it is a complete surprise when ordered and paid for stock in the order of 3k is coming in? Really, e-bikeshop, contrition would be your friend. If you can't manage customer enquiries (I had a similar 'leave us alone' to the girl below) then you should not have the customers. If you have overcommitted and created a nightmare, say so, don't try to fob people off. A really sorry state of affairs. I wonder if I will ever see my bike?

I thought it was just me but having read the other reviews, I realise not. I telephoned e-bikeshop to talk about getting an electric bike and the guy I spoke to – probably Martin by the sounds of it – was unbelievably offhand and patronising. He couldn鈥檛 have sounded less interested in helping me, even though I would have spent upwards of 拢3000 on a bicycle. Obviously peanuts in the world of bikes, but I think it鈥檚 a lot and would have expected a more cheerful and approachable attitude. I guess, as someone else has already mentioned, the fact that they鈥檙e getting 鈥?00 calls a day鈥?means they couldn鈥檛 really care less about customer service. Will definitely be going elsewhere. They won鈥檛 care about this review but at least other people will see it and I鈥檝e got it off my chest.

Really bad experience with these guys, mainly as Martin, the customer services guy, is so rude. I have now had two months of salary sacrifice but no bike. 拢400 and still paying for a train every day as well. I was told my bike will be here 'mid to late June' and as of 24 June still no sign or update. Apparently they 'just have a load of bikes delivered each day' and 'they do not know which ones are coming'. I have been told NOT to ask them for updates as 'it just slows them down' as they have '100s of orders' and '1000s of enquiries every day'. What a lucky position to be in – to have so many orders and a job! Shame they have no facility to actually look after the customers though. Very, very poor approach to customer care. Excuses aplenty. I was told that 'you will know when your bike is arriving as we will email you'. Wow! And 'if you email us it slows the process down for everyone'. I know these are unusual times but the customer should be everything to a business.

Buyer Beware!!! After buying a Haibike NDuro 10.0 in April The Motor stated to cut out after a couple of rides phoned up and was told due to covid-19 that they could not fix the bike for a while!! After spending 8K this is not the service i expect, so i had the bike delivered back to them to be told again that someone would look at this eventually as they were too busy selling more bikes!!!
Would not even provide me with a replacement as the goods a faulty or even a loan bike to use in the mean time. Phoned again today to be told that they still have not had chance to fix the problem and again the owner Martin stated he was too busy selling more bikes.

WARNING! Do not buy from this shop, there are better local retailers that care more for their customers….. The choice is yours.
I will be starting legal action.

I ordered an Orbea F25 ebike. On the website it specifically says that it's in stock in blue. It also offers next day delivery. A big plus I thought, so I placed my order. I rang them to ask if I could pick it up and was told that it's not in stock, only the black is in stock and it would take about 2 weeks to get the blue. I said but the website says the blue is in stock and you do next day delivery. He argued with me saying that he set up the website and he can tell me it says only the black is in stock. This went on for a bit, I even checked the website again, and it says blue is in stock. It's only when you scroll right down to the bottom of the website to F.A.Q, it says black is in stock, other colours may have to be ordered. Very misleading! The guy was quite rude and just kept repeating himself in a condescending way. Anyway I cancelled the order. If they'd apologised and agreed that the website was misleading, I would have kept the order but I hate feeling conned and bad customer service. Just because it's a bike sellers market, it doesn't give them the right to mistreat customers.

Very Pleased with my Purchase. I purchased the Cube Touring Hybrid Pro 500 2020 Uni / Crossbar Bosch recently and unsurprisingly in these strange times was warned it would be a two week wait for the model i wanted. (I could have had other models immediately but i wanted the above model) Exactly two weeks later they phoned to say the bike was ready to pick up. I've ridden it about 45 miles in a variety of conditions and very pleased. Farnham where i live is nothing but hills to get out into the country and my manual bike was killing my knees. Now i can't wait to get out on it. Have not had to experience after sales service but so far really pleased. I guess if they don't give potential purchasers a lot of time at the moment it is because they are rushed of their feet. For me i definitely chose the right model.

I received a Haibike Flyon Adventur 6.0 from this company.
On arrival the front wheel spindle would not detach due to the component being damaged. The damaged spindle could not be removed by myself, therefore I took the bike to a local shop to get a second opinion. They confirmed that the spindle was damaged.
I contacted E Bikeshop and they sent a replacement spindle after questioning my findings. I had to pay the local shop to remove the damaged spindle and insert the replacement item. E Bikeshop was informed that I had incurred costs due to no fault of my own, however they have not offered to refund the cost of replacing the item even though I have contacted them on more than one occasion about this matter.

A NEW BIKE COSTING MANY THOUSANDS SHOULD NOT ARRIVE IN THIS CONDITION AND THE SELLER SHOULD RECTIFY THE ISSUE AT THEIR COST, NOT MINE!

WARNING! Do not buy from this shop, there are better retailers that care more for their customers….. The choice is yours.
I will be starting legal action to recoup my expenditure.

Useful advice on dealing with a problem with the electrics on my 2014 Haibike AMT FS. Dongle had stopped speedo from working. Managed to fix by cleaning contacts thoroughly and overhauled at the same time.
As an aside the bike has been 鈥渁verage鈥? but not excellent, over the 5 years I鈥檝e owned it. Cycle parts have not stood up to off road use that well and occasionally the motor powers down under load. But it鈥檚 much more fun than my unpowered bike; which usually stays in the shed.
Full suspension e-bikes are horrendously expensive; you don鈥檛 even get mudguards on them; and a replacement speed dongle is 拢125 ouch!

Really nice shop and sound advice. Only had my Haibike trekking 4 for three days but knew it was an excellent choice after just 5 miles.
e-bikes are definitely the future for replacing the car for shorter journeys!

I've have had my Orbea gain D30 for 18 months now, and I wouldn't be without it.
I called E-Bikeshop, my cassette hub was making a noise, so Fred arranged for a replacement on the warranty (which came very quickly), and booked me in on a Saturday morning.
I had my bike serviced too, while I had breakfast and a look around town. A couple of hours later, he called me when it was done.

Bought my eBike from them a year ago and am impressed on two parts.

1. Price and range – obviously they needed to be competitive to get my custom in the first place. The shop was great, lots of stock and really good pricing. Martin knew his stuff and the whole experience was easy and at no time did I feel pressured.

2. Customer Service – 1 year later, and the Bosch drive unit on the bike failed. No quibbles, no delays – new motor is now fitted and bike running again just 6 days after I took the failed unit in. Exceptional service.

I see many negative reviews due to the 鈥渁ppointment only鈥?way the business operates. But for me, this equated to a pretty unique experience and left me feeling as though I had their attention and I was looked after. So – don鈥檛 be put off.

The other negative reviews are about them only helping customers who bought the bike from them. I guess by keeping their customers as their main priority, then they can really concentrate on a speedy and efficient service.

Top marks!! Thanks guys.

I will be coming back when I choose my third e-bike…

bought a Cube Touring Hybrid Pro 500 2020 in September, had to take it back after a couple of rides as the gears kept jumping from one cog to another, I had a 340 mile round trip.The problem was "a dry link" which was sorted. But the bike clearly had not been checked over before it left, although they claim to do this. I then purchased a Bosch power pack battery cover only for it not to allow the battery to clip in, so I made a phone call told them what bike I had and was told it was ok. but it wasn't I had to do a slight modification where I had to cut away part of the cover, I then found it made the battery such a tight fit that the plastic battery cover could not go back on. So another phone call to explain my woes only to be fobbed off that I'd ordered a cover for frame mounted and my battery is internal mounted so 拢39.98 down the drain.
