Ordered my 2 bottles of juice on Saturday and got them on Wednesday. Shipped pretty quick and was very surprised. It was packed really well but the boxes that the vape juices were in broke out the bottom a bit but it was really not a problem. Here in My town in Wisconsin, all the vape stores are closed on a count of covid-19 so being able to order my favorite flavor from the safety of my own home and have it ship reasonably quick was very relieving. All and all, great site, quick shipping, I will be ordering from them again in the future.

I ordered 1bottle of ejuice pretty easy order and insurance for the order too.I ordered it on a Sunday gets around to Wednesday I wonder why the day after I make the order online its said label created and shows on the app it's in Phoenix at the post office for 3 days now. I wait till Thursday morning which is 4 days now it says the same thing and then contacted the post office,comes to find out that the post office hasn't received it was told to call the store. I call Eciggeratte Empire the gentleman on the phone tells me they are pretty much full of it the post office lost the order. I then call the post office in Phoenix where the arrive or arrival app says it's at and another employee tells me that when a shipping label is made it's not sent to the post office that the company just made a label to send it to the post office but hasn't yet. I then call Ecig Empire back and tell the same guy he gets a different tone kinda like I was being out of line for wondering about my order and then music started to play where like he turned music up and gets back on the phone and keeps the music up and I asked him repeatedly to repeat himself he still doesn't turn the music down I could hear the lyrics like I was listening to the music myself. I finally get what he's saying and pretty much he's telling me he will file a claim. I wanted to know how long that usually takes so I can order something to get incase it takes to long and he just doesn't answer until I finally say so it could be a while I just have to wait when the post office says they didn't get it and they say the post office lost it and I pay the insurance didn't seem right . I told them if they couldn't get my order to me in a timely manner then refund my order and I'll just order juice online somewhere else and they didn't respond so we pretty much just got off the phone so I don't know what they are doing at all after getting off the phone. I order juice elsewhere after the phone call because I obviously need juice that's why I ordered it and I couldn't get the company to reassure they would make it right or when if they were at all. I check the next day and with no notice or anything see my dispute had been closed and ended so I check my bank account and they just refunded my money. I wanted you to know how it works you decide whether you like service like this and order accordingly.

Around a year ago, my first order arrived after 2 days as promised (that was Friday afternoon), but with different flavors. I send an email with a short complaint and the next day (Saturday), the package with the correct juice was under my doorstep. I was pretty impressed. Every order since then has been correct and always on time. I only always ask before my shipment if they have it in stock. Excellent service and customer support.

Ordered $101 worth of liquid, that they said they had in stock, with 2 day FedEx shipping, 2 days later they suddenly realized they didn't have 2 bottles of juice I ordered. Boils down they f#cked up my order for the 3rd time. I will never use these morons again! Buyer beware!!!

Placed an order. They claimed the card was denied. Told them and told them where I can prove it went through. Wouldn't listen. They wouldn't refund me the money for send out the items. Place is a scam

They were awesome!! I ordered 2 bottles of juice, they got lost or stole in midst of fedex and my house, i gave them reference # and they reshipped my order directly! So glad they are awesome enough to do that! I dont think any other store would be so quick, helpful, and cool about doing that!

2 day shipping ended up taking 5. AND THEY SENT THE WRONG ORDER. Will never buy from this place again. I called and they said what i ordered was out of stock. So you take my money and send me something else like i wouldnt notice?I Dont expect this company to be around too long with these kind of flaky business tactics. I did get a refund "initiated". Definitely will not go out of my way to return the order either. F this place

I have been purchasing juice from them for over a year. I've read a few reviews about bad customer service but since I've never had a problem I've never dealt with their customer service. They always ship fast and their prices are great.

I order over $300 a month in June and God knows how much I spend in coils and hardware it's something I love and I enjoy the finer things. Me and my girlfriend have been ordering from ecig for a few months. We would order a lot more but they are out of stock most of the time on juices we like. We noticed that they seem to be having shipping issues a couple of orders ago when we got a shipping confirmation that never showed ship it would say a printing label was created and that was it. We would call them up after a while and they would create a whole other order and ship it. This las order I placed was a $94 order, 5 boxes of twisted lemon and 1 bottle of baked 100 azul berry. The azul berry was aged and very steeped. The flavor was disgusting. I contacted them to return it and they refused they said that they don't a guarantee their product. This is a flavor that I have had before and liked it is plain to see this product is old, I have never purchased a naked 100 product that looks like this. Anyways I hope that they learn that you should treat their customers a little better, we are hard to come by, but I guess there business is booming.
