Order 31 march LG 55. Suppose to be by me on Including corona Virus delay 6 April. Today is 15 April. No Phone Contact, No emal reply on time. I am disgusted Spent 450 euros. I cant believe.I have called Post. Postsay they have given the product to 3 party delivery Partner. I have asked e digital and they keep giving me Postphone number. One of the worst experience. Still waiting for my Post

LIARS!!!

PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!!!

THEY DELIVERED ME TV WITH BROKEN MATRIX IN FUNNY NOT CONVENIENT PACKAGE WITHOUT SIGNATURE "FRAGILE".
I OPENED THE TV IN THE DELIVER'S OFFICE AND IT SEEMS WITHOUT ANY VISIBLE DAMAGES.
WHEN I CAME HOME AND CONNECTED THE WIRE I FOUND OUT THAT ALL THE MATRIX IS BROKEN!!! THAT WAS 30 MIN AFTER DELIVERY.
I SIGNAL THE CALL CENTER AND THEY SAID THEY WILL CHANGE IT.
GUESS NOW- THEY REFUSE TO CHANGE IT OR TO GIVE MONEY BACK!!! AND EVEN DO NOT RESPOND ON THE PHONES.

IT IS 2018 NOW AND CUSTOMERS HAVE RIGHTS!
WITHOUT ANY VISIBLE DAMAGES ON THE PRODUCT AND PACKAGE HOW CAN A COSTUMER GUESS THAT HE PAYS FOR BROKEN THINGS??
IF THEY DO NOT GIVE MY MY MONEY BACK, I WILL GO TO THE COURT.
NEXT DAY THEY WILL SEND THIS PRODUCT TO SOMEONE ELSE!

I received a defective Mac computer in December 2017. I spent weeks trying to have the unit repaired by Apple. They finally informed me that the computer could not be repaired, they had given it to multiple skilled technicians and none of them could find a solution. I notified edigital via Amazon that I wanted to return the device for a refund. I received authorization to return the computer but I was not offered shipping assistance. I had to cover the expenses of shipping their defective merchandise back to them. I paid $180 in packing and shipping charges to be able to return their defective equipment. I have made numerous attempts at resolution which went ignored until I resumed attempts last week. I have repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor and this request has been completely ignored. Today, 3/22/18, they offered $20 for my expenses. I fear that this incident may be indicative of service provided to others who order through their online business – especially senior citizens who may not have the funds to pay $180 out of pocket to return items. I am a senior citizen but I still work full time and could manage the $180 even though it is grossly unfair and I feel the company has taken advantage of me.

Warning!! First of all I ordered through Amazon as I do not trust companies like these usually. I was promised a two day delivery and ordered the product right before I went away on vacation. Panicked on the day it was supposed to arrive it's still show that it has not shipped. I was promised a two day delivery and ordered the product right before I went away on vacation. But then received an email that the product has shipped and then they updated the Amazon profile that it shipped. Funny thing is I checked the tracking number they gave me through FedEx it had not shipped the number was nonexistent . I would be very Larry and dealing with these people even when Amazon called him there was no way for Amazon to leave a message as no one answered the phone

Seems like a fly-by-night operation. No communication, and ended up cancelling my order because they did not have it in stock (after a week of waiting). Why post something on your site to sell if you dont have it in stock? And when someone emails to ask if you have it in stock , why not just reply with a simply "I'm sorry,we don't."

Company does not respond e-mails or fax (no phone number!). Payment accepted but no product, no information. After no responses and missing Christmas (order placed Dec 10) I filed complaint with PayPal. e-Digital refunded $ 10 days later.

Also, be aware that all review sites only allow you to give a minimum of 1 star. This means that if 1/2 of reviewers are retailer "oriented" and give 5 stars – that retailer can do no worse than 3 stars…..

It is now 10/6 and it has not shipped and no response to my efforts to contact them. The credit card charge has gone through though and my bill is due.

This company sucks and is a fraud. They do not stock anything. I tried for days to get them to cancel my order due to their lack of communication. I had to dispute charges with Credit Card Company. Morons sent it any way. I am refusing the shipment.
