I was trying to get a new SS card and this site popped up and I filled out the necessary form and they charge you $39.95 for a service that is free through social security office and then I cancelled 4 days later and charge $20 and sent me a refund of $19. again I'm so tired of companies taking you money and do nothing for the service. note: you will lose your money with these spam sites.

Beware that your info can be used to create fraudulent accounts. Either someone at their company is a crook or someone has hacked their website.

I could not find the form I wanted. I called to get a refund, but my visa had been replaced and they could not refund to the new card, or any other way, due to "their system".
A company that can not use multiple payment forms and instead blames "their system" to keep customers money will not survive.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered my EIN verification letter and was told that they did not have enough information to obtain same, was only provided half of the funds back in a refund. No effort made to complete the task. Did not receive what was paid for and called the IRS to order it with no issue providing same details that were given to this company which allegedly were not sufficient. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! CALL IRS YOURSELF OR USE SOMEONE ELSE!

E-forms completed a Tax-ID number application for me and charged me $145. I just discovered that this could be done on the IRS website for free. I blame myself for being ignorant and blame the company for taking advantage of my ignorance.

SCAM I thought this would be a simple process and I could just receive a replacement card in the mail. They charge you 40bucks for something you can and will have to do on your own. Their basically charging you 40bucks to fill out the damn form which you still have to take with Original documents to your local office. NO WAY TO SEND IN PHOTO COPIES!

Total scam! I thought I was dealing with .gov and found they scammed me out of $39. Go to your Social Security office and get a free replacement card. This company is a fraud posing as the US government which they have no contact with. They can't get you a social security card. When you pay they want all your personal information. This site needs to be shut down. We plan to contact our local authorities and also Equifax.

These people are a scam!!!! Do not use them! I thought I was odering SS card and they were linked with the social sec. administration. They are not! They take your money for what they call a "service" What they are actually doing is scamming you out of 39.00 for something that is actually free! Go to your actual Social Sec web page and download your free application and make sure you are not using these Jokers! I do not know how some people sleep at night Seriously!

Terrible and frightening that I was taken from a .gov site and frauded out of my money for a service that is FREE with the ssa.gov site!! I even was sneakliy linked off of the sss.gov site only to be robbed of $38 and requested to send in my ID and passport. Totally unnecessary!! This company should be shut down!! I am concerned they could have my personal information now, and that my identity may be stolen. I am contacting the US Attorney's Office.

THE E.FORMS.US CHARGED 38.00 FOR A SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, BUT THAT CARD ACTUALLY IS FREE DIRECTLY FROM THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION SSA. IT MEANS THAT THIS CHARGE IS EXCESSIVE AND THAT THE PUBLIC NEEDS TO KNOW THAT A SOCIAL SECURITY CARD IS AVAILABLE DIRECTLY FROM THE SSA, AT NO CHARGE. E.FORMS.US THEREFORE IS DUPLICATING A SERVICE FROM THE ORIGINAL ISSUER, AND THAT DUPLICATION IS UN-NECESSARY AND CARRIES AN EXCESSIVE AND UN-NECESSARY CHARGE.

In their advertisement they do not state they are a private company and not affiliated with the government. These disclaimers are by-passed when clicking on their advertisement and you are taken directly to the online form. So you are led to believe you are dealing with the government and they scam you out of their "fee" and you end up giving all your social security info to some unknown company. I got scammed, I hope you don't also get scammed and phished.
