Well e global I ordered a dgi phantom 3 battery, which it stated was in stock, on 28/7/217 and paid by PayPal. I have ticketed you twice, to ask why I have not received a confirmation of my order, but have not had the curtesy of a reply. Remember e global that without customers you do not have a business, your customer service stinks. Would I buy from you again ? Probably not, your prices may be cheaper but I would advise anyone in the UK thinking of giving you an order to think very hard. It may be better to pay a little more and know where your order is in the pipe line.
Once again I will reiterate that your customer service is the worst I have experienced.

I purchased an apple I watch then after read the reviews regarding e global and I went into panic mode well I should not have been so hasty to do so I received excellent service from e global from start to finish it did say on my order processing for some time I emailed them as I needed my parcel for Xmas they responded immediately the same day it changed from possessing to being packed from there shipped I followed my tracking number rite to point of the hub at Birmingham to my dpd depot in Dunstable my watch arrived this morning in perfect condition fully sealed with small plug adapter and all writing in English I have kept in contact with e global by email throughout and they promptly replied every time very happy customer thank you e global will definatly use your company again perfect experience
