Horrible experience, they ask you to share repair cost for items in warranty, they tell you to fox your item in warranty on local repair shops and then they will refund you.
Stay away, don't buy from them.

Awful experience. False advertising is still a crime in our country. They lied about the delivery time and they lied about the stock. When I complained they blocked me from ever purchasing from them again. Which I am glad about, as I don't want to be lied to by anyone.

I have ordered several items from them over the past couple of years. The service is always excellent. Recently I ordered and received a very expensive zoom lens. Unfortunately the zoom locked up and I returned the lens. E- Infinity responded very quickly and once they had the lens back with them, gave me a full refund within 4 working days. In my opinion the measure of a good company is after sales and how it deals with problems. This company has in my experience proved to be exemplary.

I bought a lens from E-Infinity, and decided to return it their UK depot within the 14 day 'change your mind' period. The whole process from beginning to end was easy and hassle free. I get the impression that this is a company that cares about customer satisfaction, communication via the provided email address for returns was very good. So if you're hesitating over a purchase with E-Infinity, don't worry, just go for it.

I bought my camera and a lens, they sent a photograph with the package before shipping and it was quick to arrive.
When it arrived, everything was in perfect condition! I recommend!

Bought a new camera, battery grib and a new lins. All went smooth from order to delevery, i leave one star open just i case i get problems with my new gear, but so far im very happy 🙂

Bought a lens from them and everything arrived very well packed. Bought a second lens and had the same experience.
Shipment could be quicker (although is not slow), and will update my review if I need to use the warranty with them.

I ordered a Nikon D5600 camera .
It arrived but developed a fault and were advised to send it back to Hong Kong for repairs.
They didnot keep me appraised of the progress of the repairs.I contacted the 3 times and they responded and said that repairs will take up to 10 weeks.
10 weeks have passed and I have snt them 10 emails in the past two weeks.
They DO NOT RESPOND
THEY HAVE MY CAMERA AND MY MONEY.

Reading all the reviews from Trustapilot and other sites and Forums and they have done this to ALL the buyers who have had warranty issues.

Do NOT BUY FROM THEM

I have opened case with PayPal and Credit Card provider.and will pursue themunder Section 75

Bought a Mavic Air bundle, it got packed quite well and arrived without any problem. The sender also sends photo proofs.

A small whining though, the delivery was done by UPS, who has got a terrible reputation. Were there a problem in the delivery, for something so expensive, I am likely to put up a one-star review instead. A less scary delivery service would be really nice.

A bunch of us videographers I work alongside use this website. You literally won't find a cheaper price on anything listed there. Takes around a week to come, had no problems over 8 or so more orders.

I bought two nikon lenses last November. I knew they were grey imports, I knew they did not have nikon warranties but the savings were huge and they had a guarantee.
One lens developed a fault and I was resigned to send it back for repair. I emailed e-infiniti for deltails on how to return the lens. They said I could either return the lens or take it to a local repairer and they would pay the costs. I took the lens to Newton Ellis in Liverpool. They phoned me a few days later to say the lens was repaired. They emailed me a copy of the invoice which I forwarded to e-infiniti. The full amount of 拢180 was in my PayPal account within two hours. I went the next day to pick up my lens.
I could not have expected any better service and this company will always have my business. The longest I had to wait for a reply to any of my emails was twenty minutes. Great customer service.

Ordered a special lens from E-Infinity.
It arrived ahead of schedule.
They kept me informed on progress via email.

My parcel was lost in transit 5 month ago. The seller has made a complaint to DPD after two months of nagging him, but never refunded me, although DPD has send me a letter to confirm that the parcel was lost, so they can refund the seller. They took my money, the insurance money and do not reply to my emails.. They are absolutely dishonest and treat customers badly. I have lost 拢720 and there is nowhere to go, because they are based in HK not UK.

I have only just tried this company for the 1st time to buy a Canon 1.4mkiii extender and they were absolutely brilliant. I was kept up to date via email with order details,a tracking number and prompt delivery with the very best deal for price on the internet. Highly recommended 5***** service. 😀

fast very good service, prompt email answers to questions. genuine nikon. recommend them to all. like a lot of people was a bit unsure as to order from them but reading reviews took a chance. glad i did they beat any price going and even with a 3 year warranty on the d750 it still came out hundreds of pounds cheaper than anywhere else. will be using again and again.

I was quite nervous with my first purchase at this shop, since it was an expensive product. They sent me a photo of the item before shipping. It took considerably longer than the estimated time (maybe 1 month instead of 2 weeks), but it arrived and it looked new. The box was not sealed, but it looked totally unused.
I'd buy there again, if it's something that is not urgent, and only with PayPal just in case. Keep in mind that if warranty is needed, RMAs, etc, then it might be complicated since many products sold there do not have official warranty. If it goes well, you save good money, if not, it might be problematic without buyer protection.

I used PayPal to buy a camera lense and they do not respond to me just took the money and no goods PayPal have opened a case and cannot contact them they do not respond to email or answer phone

I did never in my live order from such a shop before, simply for the lack of trust. Once a friend of mine mentioned his good experience with this shop I decided to give it a try 鈥?an expensive high 4 digit try 飦? I guess I had never done that without the recommendation of a trusted friend.
So I ordered my new Camera on a late Tuesday night (from Germany), Order confirmation and payment was a matter seconds. Order status did say 鈥淧ayment received鈥?
This did not change for days, so I decided to send a mail after 5 days and received a response overnight telling that my order will be dispatched on Monday and I should receive it on Wednesday. Order status change on Monday to 鈥渟hipped鈥? It was shipped by DHL Express and Arrived as announced.
Content was as expected. It comes in its original box, wrapped with black opal foil. And the really nice thing is that E-infinity sends you pictures of the stuff you ordered and how it is packed.
I鈥檓 giving these details so you can all see how it works with them and also because there often complains in this form about delivery performance – I can鈥檛 support such complaints.
I have placed my next order now 鈥?hopefully I see the same performance.
Recommendation to E-Infinity:
You should update the order status a little more frequently to allow more transparency and gain more trust. You say 鈥減lease allow 2-3 days processing鈥? Fine, but I would expect a status update after these 3 days.
