Wasted my time, they don't answer the phone the "D" girl clearly can't read & Jessie is a lazy manager. They need better practices and workers who want to keep a sale. Ebonyonline is pathetic this is why companies don't grow.

Every single time I order with them its a problem that's why I HATE when a unit I really want is only available on here sometimes I'll even wait it out until other sites restock. This has been my third time ordering from them and probably the last, if you don't have to get a wig from them then don't. First time I ordered with them they sent me my shipment notification then three weeks later ( I paid for 3-8 day shipping) I get this email saying I have to verify my identity to complete the order. Why did you not tell me this beforehand also why did you tell me my order was already on the way when in fact it was never shipped in the first place. The second time they shipped weeks after purchasing again even though I paid for express shipping. Their customer service reply time is laughable. Now this final time I'll probably ever order really was the last straw. I order a unit weeks ago, received an email that they will send me a separate update when my package would be shipped within the next 3-8 business days. Cool. Then by business day 12 (I got busy and new to just give them extra time after dealing with past issues) I email them asking if it has been shipped. They tell me it was delivered… okay so where was my update email? No where. Then, they tell me it was delivered yet it is definitely not at my residence as I check my mail every morning now its been a whole 2 weeks after calling and emailing and they want me to wait an extra 15 BUSINESS DAYS to open a case because the package never delivered. Literally what the hell is going on? SO sick of ordering from them.

Three reasons why I rated this company with one star:
(1) The site is not updated to reflect in stock items only. It allows customers to place items in the shopping cart that are not available. And no, this is not due to several orders being placed at one time.
(2) The company fails to automatically credit your account for reward points, which causes customers to go through the hassle of begging for assistance. This happens even when you are logged into your account before you place items in your shopping cart and when you check out.
(3) Customer service never addresses an issue with one email because they fail to read before cutting and pasting a response. This causes the customer to have to follow up multiple times until a good customer service rep comes along and successfully fixes the issue at hand.

Hair reviews: The actual items that I have received are all 5 stars. No issues with the actual items. However due to the 3 reasons listed above, they deserve 1 star.

Hello Ebonyline.com, Why did you send me a mail requesting me to send by identification card for verification and processing of my order 1131206? This quite unusual for online purchases. Why are your phone lines never answered by a person, and cuts off immediately after the machine recites its prerecorded message?

I have spoken to my Credit card company and they said all verifications should be done through them, because it is not safe sending such identification for online purchases.

When will my items be shipped? I paid for priority international shipping.

I received my order and was very disappointed with one of the wig. I was poorly made and didn't fit nor looked good. I lived chatted with Joyce and Amy and got no help. They said to go to return policy and that was a bust, after all the back and forth it said I had no completed order. I tried calling customer service at no prevail. So I'm chalking this up as a lost and I will NEVER order from this company again!!

Order my 2 wigs on 07/10/2020 and still haven't received my wigs I had no help threw customer service due to them currently not answering their phone so had to email and they replied saying wigs aren't in stock so have to wait until 5-7 business days and it's already the 18 of July still no wigs . They want inform you if they're out of stock so I wouldn't deal with them if your wanting your hair right away

Chatting with * was a horrific experience. This person refused to answer my questions regarding why your company is saying items are in stock, but they aren't. You all have my money tied up in two orders that were AVAILABLE when I placed them, but are not available now. I paid express shipping on the second order. * was very sure to advise that she had other chats to tend to instead of answering my specific questions about my orders. I learned that one of my orders was cancelled today, but I had not been notified of such activity until I asked about it today (order 1109938). Refusing to answer my questions, as she had other chats to tend to, she only would give me the option to cancel my current order (1115100) or see other options, opting not to discuss my concerns. Then she disconnected me from chat and sent me to the rating of the chat. This person has the worse SERVICE ever and to me, it's reflects the company. Actually, the company's behavior is encompassed in the service representative. They has taken my money on two orders that the website clearly said was available when I placed the orders, but now are not available. Mind you, the site STILL says these items are available. This company is a rip-off. The first order, i received an email saying that it was on back order and was provided with options. I chatted with a representative about the options provided in the email and placed an order based on that availability on July 2,2020 to only find out that today, 7/8/20, it is not available. I have been awaiting orders from this company since June 25,2020. I have been provided a phone number, but the recording only says to chat with someone instead because they can't answer calls.
I opted to purchase from this company based on YouTube reviews. I totally understand the pandemic crisis that we are in, but this type of service is a disgrace. I needed this hair this month, which is why I purchased my first order last month and paid express shipping on the second order.

Even during the pandemic, I got everything I ordered.

I decided to do a dreadlock project during the pandemic (took me 5 months!!) I ordered all my supplies from Ebonyline. 5 star service.

I wish they could answer technical questions about products but for legal reasons, they can't. I don't think I would down rate anyone for that though.

They have a wide selection of everything and their prices are great.

Item was shipped to wrong address even though I updated my shipping address called ebonyline they stated nothing can do I placed my order on June 19th today is July 1st and paid for 1st class shipping I had to call USPS they had no info item lost they would not refund me my money or replace my item now I'm out of $50.00 bucks needless to say I will not be ordering from this company again terrible customer service they did nothing to try to rectify the situation

It's really hard to get hair products for black women here living in Japan but this company was amazing at getting me my order so fast and perfect. I received my delivery in less than a week which is unheard of for international standard shipping and the customer service agents were very responsive when it came to verifying my Japanese address to make sure it was delivered properly. They have gained a lifelong customer in me

So this is a scam company promising you get points and rewards and you dont recieve any i been writing to ebonyline anout this matter since the end of 2018!! So it took almost 2 years to get a response they ignored me because they know they dont have a rewards system thats just a gimmick to get people to buy their products its not right how they treat their customers like our money dont matter it should because it does i just want my points and the rewards i earned so now after i get my purchase i wont be shopping here again and i will go on every rip off or scam site to report this lack of responses please whoever u are dont buy from here they are frauds they dont pick up phone dont email you back u gets nothing from them but they behind to kiss u been warned!!

I wish I didn't have to give one review but anyways DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CROOKS they tell you they will send you shipping and tracking info within 24 hours LIES I tried to place two orders two different times and both times when I asked days later about the item they email that they have cancelled the order now I have a 25 dollar gift card I purchased from them that is basically useless bc I tried again to order from last week here it is a week later no shipping or tracking AND ONCE AGAIN I CONTACT them today to ask about tracking and guess what I get an email where they have cancelled the order again STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Placed an order for some braiding hair they took the money off my card then they asked for copies of all my personal information then they emailed me saying that my order is fixing to be returned only after they took the money off of my card. I've called and they're not answering.I need answers ASAP and I want my money back on my card before I put the authorities in this matter.

Placed my order 3/28/2020 I noticed two weeks went by without a tracking number.. so I emailed they said my account would be updated and I'd receive a tracking number. I gave them 3 more business days which they said it would take two days for my account to update. So I emailed again.. Desiree lying ass said my package had shipped already.. how? When I never received a notification from any shipment companies stating It did.. so I reached out again to cancel my order a month later.. no refund.. no products.. please do not order from these women they are burning folks out there hard earned money!

Still waiting for my order to be shipped it's been 6 days already I did email the company and their rep said that one of the items I ordered was out of stock even though on the website it said it was it's really annoying I will never order from them again. I'm going to wait until Tuesday if my order is not shipped I want my money back!

I had an issue during checkout, where my order was place twice, so I emailed customer service. Desiree responded, first thing in the morning, explaining and reassuring me that I wouldn't be charged twice. She also provided very helpful information in regards to my order staus and possible delays. Her responses were prompt and her customer service was AMAZING!
