Econcrete

We agreed a time (10am) and day for the service and concrete. On the day, I had to call to ask where they were and they kept saying 'sorry, we will be there in 30 mins' and then by the afternoon, they explained they could not come on the day and would come the next day. This delayed my schedule and I lost money as I had to ask my builder to come in again to make sure they provided what was needed. In fairness, they claimed to have discounted 拢50 from the price although this was after long arguments.

When they eventually came, the manners and service were unbelievably bad. They created a lot of mess and did not clean after themselves. They caused damage to my fences and again after arguing, they agreed to clean the concrete of the fence.

The icing on the cake, is that they went back on the amount agreed and tried to ask for more money. This is after they calculated extra cost for supposedly more concrete used which I have no proof of. The cost I couldn't accept was 拢10 to clean up the mess they made on my driveway.

I would advise that you do not trust this company as in my experience they were scamming, unprofessional and left me with a very bad experience. Totally appalled!
