My experience was a great one. I closed a credit card that was linked to both my student loan andmy wife's too.
I received a message to contact them. Quickly it was corrected. My contract revised and it took less than 20 mins for both loans.

Before speaking with your representative, I was paying way too much and was in the wrong program because I was dealing with another company. After dealing with with Mr. Munoz not only am I on the correct plan, I am saving 200 a month!!!!!!!

Mr. Albert, my account manager, gave me information and ensured my understanding he also took his time to honestly answering my questions and when my questions were outside of his job description he was professional in telling me that my question would be better directed to a professional that specialized in the area of my question.
