The worst of the worst. They have also set a link for the refunds, but I'm waiting it since 4 months. Never refund, never replied to my messages.

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered and paid for two ceiling fans back in June. One was delivered but not the second. I am still waiting six months later for a refund. The company does not return emails on it鈥檚 customer service page and they have removed their telephone number from their 鈥渃ontact us鈥?page. I have notified both HiPay wallet, the secure site they use to process transactions and my bank to no avail so far. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. It is far too risky.
