I purchase front mats they send the wrong mats I told them about they made it look like it was my fault which I dont under if you enter vehicle year make and model and its a perfect fit why is this my fault. Anyway I drive miles off to return this product the ups charging 29.99 to deliver on the cheapest delivery mine you my mat is 41 dollars. I went to usps they charging me 43 dollars way over what I'm trying to get back. I feel like I'm stuck with a purchase that not my fault. Before all this i am the seller do they have the right one they dont have my vehicle size mats. So please be aware of this company Eeuroparts when buying.

I have done business with eEuroparts for about 1 1/2 years now and have spent hundreds of dollars with them fixing up my Saab. A few weeks ago I purchased some emblems for my car. My order was split and I received the emblems for the wheels without problems. The front and rear emblems however did not show up at my house even though the Postal Service shows the package as delivered. I have no idea where it was delivered, but I sure did not get it. When I called their customer service department, some very rude guy told me to check with my neighbors – that was it! I then contacted them via email and got the same response. So they chose the carrier – they did not insure the package – and now they expect their customer to walk through the neighborhood checking with random strangers if they got my mail? That is simply an insane request! I was furious and let them know it. They came back advising me that they could not do anything until I trace the package with the Postal Service. I did that, thinking that eEuroparts would then do the right thing. USPS only advised that the package shows delivered and eEuropart now says they cannot do anything. Any reputable company would either issue a refund or re-send the lost items, not this outfit. I will certainly take them off my list of vendors to use and would not recommend them to anybody! Spend your money with a company that values their customers and provides true service rather than just taking your money and walking away as soon as a problem arises! EEuroparts? Never again!

Order floor mats for my BMW X3 they came in for a BMW 3 series. They will accept return but I am stuck with the shipping charges to send them back. Would not buy from eEuroparts. As I talk to the resolution team. luke was very rude and smug.

Michael from FL office yesterday, and never received the invoice or any email for tracking, etc. as Michael promised. The chat rep was clueless and inept; I had to prod her several times to send me what should be normal SOP for an internet company.

I recently purchased 2 Rotors and 2 sets of very expensive brake pads for my 2015 Mercedes S550, all parts arrived last Wednesday. I went to have them installed on Friday 6/15/20. Here I was advised that I was sent 2 incorrect Rotors and the wrong Brake Pads. I reached out to eEuroparts on Friday afternoon. Today is Tuesday 6/9/20 and I have contacted this company 2x each day where I provided them with the required information to execute a return. I have yet to receive a call back from eEuroparts regarding this issue. On Friday 6/12/20 I will contact Paypal and launch an official complaint, I will further never buy another part from this company.

So I own a 2006 Saab 95 2.3t. I wanted to get some of there brembo rotors and brakes I seen on the site. I seen multiple mm size difference in the rotors so I called before takeing a gamble on the parts. Ran my vin with a working on the sales end he told me I needed the 308 mm front rotors. Witch come in a kit of rotors and a kit of brakes total came to 392.18. After reciveing my products witch came fast I took a front rotor off and one out of the box I got only to see the front rotor they sent me looked like a truck rotor( wrong size ). So I called next day cause it was already 6 pm when I found out. At first I explained my situation to Michael he didn't see that the company ran my vin so they said I would have to pay for shipping back and I was a little irritated about it. Which he stated he didn't see I called since October when I just called a week ago. He passed me over to the manager Dean's number which she never picked up I left a voicemail Michael calls me back five minutes later says I was able to pull it up you sounded honest so I investigated it was our fault we're going to send you a return label free Michael was a great help the only difference between the other millimeter size rotors is the front rotors. The other millimeter size rotor is 286 which is what I actually needed. My rear rotors and my brakes all around are the same size. So we came to the conclusion to keep my rear keep the brakes and just send back to front rotors and they will swap them out. I told Michael that there was a price difference between the sizes I spent more money because they told me I need the bigger millimeter size. Price difference is $76.31. After complications we're getting my new rotors back because they thought that I should have sent them breaks when I bought break separately I finally got my front rotors still no money back on my account or credit card. Multiple calls to Dean and Europe parts every sales associate told me that they were the lowest on the totem pole and that I would need to speak to Dean about my money refunded. Finally getting hold of Dean he wanted me to state my case in written form of why I thought I should get money back as I told him you work there I'm showing you what I know right now why can't you just listen there's a big price difference between the two sets. Getting frustrated with him I no longer want to speak to him I was getting nowhere his people skills is horrible. Even some of the sales associates told me I didn't wanna piss him off. A day later he sends me an email and a voicemail saying check your email let me know if you like what I did and get back to me he gave me $20 back and signed me up for the year parts loyalty program. So I gave him a call back and told him I'm not satisfied you still owe me $56.31 I could've signed myself up for the loyalty program but I never did because I didn't want to I don't know how hard it is to get my $76 and 31 bag $.31 back in full any other place this would've been settled I want to say it took about a month to even get the $20. The other day I called Dean because he still never got back to my voicemails from a week ago so I called the sales associates which they must be low on staff right now because he picked up I explained that I wasn't satisfied with that and he told me that's the best he's gonna do no matter how many times I call his answer is never going to change. To sum it all up this is the worst experience I've ever had with this place still haven't got my $56.31 back I don't know how such a big deal when they ran the Vin check through their people are through their company and they were wrong they're trying to tell me that sub states that my fronts are supposed to be a three away which they're not so they should make correction to their chart after coming into this situation with me but that's not what's happening they're telling me it's on me when I can go on to Napa and I can run my van through them and Napa deals with multiple cars and it comes up the 286 on Napa and you're a parts one of the cars they specialize in Is Saab and they can't even get their work done straight. My hat goes off to Michael it was good help but Dean worst manager I've ever spoken too. I've never wrote a review on any website in my life but this is just something that has irritated me you could go on their website and look at the parts and see for yourself that there's a price difference but yet they don't want to give me my money back and when they gave me the 20 bucks it was in store credit which I was willing to work with because I was about to spend another $200 with them. I don't know what to tell other people that may read this but my experience was horrible when they ran my vin and told me it was my fault!!..

I ordered a part off their website. After almost three weeks I got an email from their customer service asking me to rate them. I let them know that I never received my order. They told me that the package was probably stolen off my porch. No solution, no investigating, and no apology. I wrote back and let them know that I have lived here for several years and have had hundreds of packages delivered with no problem. They responded that I needed to talk to the mailman about it. Terrible company that is only concerned about getting their money and doesn't care if the customer is satisfied.

Shipping times are a big deal when in the middle of an auto project. Some of my parts were delivered in two days, others took 5. I am unsure why there was a difference in delay.

5 days is still within acceptable bounds of course, but "guaranteed same day shipping" is misleading if something can "ship" on one day but then sit in pre-processing for 2-3 days before moving anywhere.

The parts worked and allowed me to finish the install. It was nice finding a single place with most of the parts (most, but not all) for the project. Would have been nicer if I could have ordered all from the same place.

I have used your business for quite a few years for my 1991 Mercedes 350SDL. My only issue is that the website is clunky/wonky insofar as linking from a push email message to ordering items for my particular vehicle which is stored under my "account." Beyond the email disconnect, the website filters aren't effective tools, as I know that if I look under fluids for example, I can find many types of synthetic oils in varying quantities. Filtering by my vehicle, limits my choices dramatically. Irrespective of MB specifications, which are extremely valuable to a novice DIYer, they drive the sale in very narrow directions. I would offer that the filters offer other than OE products that could be used alternatively. It's a thought. And thanks!
