i have my faxnumber for over 5 years now. If i ever had a problem i called the hotline and there are many cute and helpful people – they ever solved all my troubles in just a short time.
Actually they gave me an credit for my account cause of an extra fee i couldn't explain. eFax has an excellent customer service and the people there are all confident and so helpful – even for me with my school-level-english knowledges…we often laughed at phone – but sometimes it's hard to get an german-speaking customer. But at all: 5 stars-rating for sure!!!

It's very rare to find a company that answers the phone promptly and you get to speak to an incredibly helpful member of staff. My issue was dealt with easily and politely. I would thoroughly recommend efax. Great service!

Wanted to cancel this eFax Service, because I got very less faxes and I was sending very less faxes in the time of e-mail, whatsapp and so on.
Had to call there for the cancellation and had a very friendly call with the agent Serena G.
She informed me, that they offer a yearly membership too for a cheaper price and with limited faxes, which was perfect for me. Serena found out, what I want – very good service – thank you ๐Ÿ™‚

I can recommend this company (and of course Serena G.)

Some issues with a written notice that was never received (after not reaching anyone on their service line) and it was a bit of an effort but I ended up with someone in Customer Service who was not just very capable but also very committed to resolving my query.

All it took was respectful communication from my end – and voil่„ฟ, problem solved.

Company policy does not accept cancellations of contract unless YOU call THEM on their unreachable hotline which just kicks you out of the queue and hangs up after a while. Basically making it impossible to cancel their services.
Unacceptable and ILLEGAL in Germany but they do not care.
Only after threatening legal repercussions they would call me instead, still not accepting a written cancellation and demand i listen to their sales pitch again. Call agent was friendly but has to stick to company policy regardless…crazy and unacceptable

I had Friday a call to J2 in order to cancel Efax as this service as it is so rarely used by our organization. There was Stephan which offered to have the service prolonged 3 Month for free in order to have a smoother transition. I feel this was good, but after a small chat Stepan offered another option. We could use eFax for about 40้ˆง?per year with a lower usage rate which was way up what we required, but anyhow a good solution. We changed to this option. In general the service in internet based companies is mostly poor but I must say J2 and Stephan convinced me from the opposite.
