Nonetheless I still had doubts about the entire thing especially because of the all negative comments and obvious lack of proper customer service on the site. Furthermore after the initial mail, you can pritty much only guess where your delivery is.
It took about 4 days for them to provide me with the tracking ID (after I asked for this per E-mail). I got both human and automated answer.
The tracking ID link forwards you to their own site which updates once in 24hrs. Then after two days (3 updates) they provide you with the (in my case) DHL.de tracking ID, which is basically useless as it is used only for the inland delivery. So DHL had nothing to update as the merchandise was probably still in China or wherever. It had to first come to Germany. This lasted 12 nervracking days. In the meantime I have written 2-3 e-mails and created a ticket through PayPal (not a refund as I still wanted the phone first)
And today I was very pleasently surprised as my courier rang on the door and handed me the package with the phone in it.
I guess the whole experience was on edge as I ordered a phone that was still not available on the EU market, nor did I order the International version. According to the data online the a315f/ds is supposed to be international, and the one that I ordered is a315g/ds (Asia, Australia). However you wont read this on eGlobalcentral, so inform yourself first. Because of this I started doubting that I would receive the 6GB RAM version that I ordered.

The entire order process lasted 16 days (12 if you exclude weekends) which is fine. The device itself is working great. I took one star off because I guess I was to impatient in the process and the prices are just the best you can get!
However, the entire secrecy about the parcel status and movement, plus the possibility of faulty delivery and RMAs with that kind of customer service… I am just lucky the devices I ordered never had issues.
NOT a SCAM, they are just NOT chatty and they tend to keep you in the dark. Oh yeah one more fact to take into the account: COROONAA!

EDIT: Today my order was delivered everything looks ok, unsealed box in a good condition. The tracking information is not updated! So I am satisfied from the product and it's condition but the customer service is not ok and the delivery dates are not correct! + 2 more stars

I tried to contact them on the phone, per contact form and direct email to sales and marketing but never got an answer.
I can only hope it is not a fraud

Could you please provide me a tracking number for my order. The lack of consideration for your customers is unbelievable.
Every other e-shop would at least inform the customer about the status of his order.
It's my first order and probably the last I'm very disapoipnted.

edit: Interestingly I get the phone today (03.04.2020).
So it is has good prices and a little late delivery. I am ok with this.

I ordered Macbook Air via debit card..didn't read the other reviews till then..after a while curosity built in and I read few reviews..it shook me outright..but my experience turned out to be nice…though delivery took 23 days but then the price was also cheap..so worth the wait..customer care was replying..some time vague (as other review's) but delivery was cool..GLS to me was excellent, they got the parcel on 10th and today delivered it to me..cool thing is despite I was not at the home..they were not careless with the parcel but instead drop me a note and put the parcel to a pick up location..I went there and picked it up..product is super cool and I am happy. Thanks eGlobal Central.

At the beginning of November (6th of Nov) I ordered Nikon DSLR from eGlobalCentral.at. Order was insured and paid by PayPal.
Tracking info provided by e-shop started ad 7th of Now and was exactly the same like other people are posting here. After 30 days without having the camera this tracking info stopped with updates.
I wrote several e-mails to eGlobalCentral. They were answering my emails. But answer was always uncertain. Only valuable information what I got was – that they opened case with courier to research whether the parcel is lost.
In the mid of December I escalated this issue to PayPal. Few days after escalation to PayPal I got valid GLS parcel tracking number. Finally my camera was delivered on 2nd of January 2020.
To summarize my experience:
Delivery time: 57days
Camera delivered in 100% condition.
Communication with shop: they are responding to e-mails but the answers are very uncertain – no real help
If you decide to buy something from eGlobalCentral you should be prepared for very long delivery time. Please use PayPal and insure your order.

On their web page nowhere is mentioned delivery time of more than 30 days! We will see how long still it will take…
Update 9.1.20: phone arrived, everythink ok, but GLS left it at completely wrong address in front of house, without signature. I had luck that owner of that house bring it to me…
Customer service of eGlobal answered by e mail on my complaint. So, I am revising mark from 1 star to 3 because of long delivery what was not mentioned during ordering.

Tracking is divided in two parts:
鈥?first part: fake tracking from China. Random messages with barely no meaning at all, like: "Your package has reached a delivery center". Which one?
鈥?second part: real tracking from Europe. Unfortunately, they rely on GLS, which is definitely unreliable. I spent my whole day waiting for the package and they said I wasn't home, while I actually was.
Anyway, eGlobal seems really trustworthy. I know that it will be impossible to get any sort of customer care for my item, but I've never needed it and I don't think I'll ever need it.

I never received confirmation of receipt, so I followed-up with the Austrian Post after several weeks. Austrian Post documented that the package had been received and signed for two days after I sent it. However, eGlobal Central claims that they never received my camera. They refuse to offer any type of refund or replacement. They received the camera two months ago.
