I have recently ordered my third smartphone (Galaxy A31) over this site. Last two were both 2-3 years back and both came within the estimated time ( I believe it was 6 – 8 workdays even then).
Nonetheless I still had doubts about the entire thing especially because of the all negative comments and obvious lack of proper customer service on the site. Furthermore after the initial mail, you can pritty much only guess where your delivery is.
It took about 4 days for them to provide me with the tracking ID (after I asked for this per E-mail). I got both human and automated answer.
The tracking ID link forwards you to their own site which updates once in 24hrs. Then after two days (3 updates) they provide you with the (in my case) DHL.de tracking ID, which is basically useless as it is used only for the inland delivery. So DHL had nothing to update as the merchandise was probably still in China or wherever. It had to first come to Germany. This lasted 12 nervracking days. In the meantime I have written 2-3 e-mails and created a ticket through PayPal (not a refund as I still wanted the phone first)
And today I was very pleasently surprised as my courier rang on the door and handed me the package with the phone in it.
I guess the whole experience was on edge as I ordered a phone that was still not available on the EU market, nor did I order the International version. According to the data online the a315f/ds is supposed to be international, and the one that I ordered is a315g/ds (Asia, Australia). However you wont read this on eGlobalcentral, so inform yourself first. Because of this I started doubting that I would receive the 6GB RAM version that I ordered.

The entire order process lasted 16 days (12 if you exclude weekends) which is fine. The device itself is working great. I took one star off because I guess I was to impatient in the process and the prices are just the best you can get!
However, the entire secrecy about the parcel status and movement, plus the possibility of faulty delivery and RMAs with that kind of customer service… I am just lucky the devices I ordered never had issues.

NOT a SCAM, they are just NOT chatty and they tend to keep you in the dark. Oh yeah one more fact to take into the account: COROONAA!

I am so sad that I haven't read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a product worth 380 euros with a standard delivery 6-8 working days on 20.05. Today I still don't have my order, tracking number with no updates poor customer service with uncertain answers. They stopped answering my e-mails, the phone number is FAKE! I learned my lesson! I think that I am not going to receive my order, and I am not sure that I will get my money back!
I will make a complaint to the relevant authorities!
Don't recommend! The cheap comes out expensive!
EDIT: Today my order was delivered everything looks ok, unsealed box in a good condition. The tracking information is not updated! So I am satisfied from the product and it's condition but the customer service is not ok and the delivery dates are not correct! + 2 more stars

I would say this is a scam. They pretend to be located in Austria but realistically you're getting a cheap product from China, which is were it is being delivered from. I will not be ordering from them again. Still waiting on my item in order to send it back and hopefully get a refund. Please note their number in the UK is nor a complete number. You won't be able to reach anyone and no one responds via email.

Bought a Bluetooth Headset for 200+鈧? never arrived. When I asked about a refund I only got the answer that I'd have to wait until it arrives back in Hongkong. Never heard back from them. Worst online shop ever!

I ordered a Nikon D5300 camera on 5th of May which was very cheap compared to the competition. Immediately I got a confirmation of the order but nothing more for the next 2 weeks, no shipping number, no update on my order. I would say that the communication is bad, but to be honest how could it be bad since it does not even exist? Online option for submitting a request is useless and my emails have never been answered. However, 3 weeks after my order was updated and ready to be dispatched. I was sick and tired with all this delay though and I requested a refund. Today I got my money back. Long story short? It's not a scam, they deliver the things and they exist as company, however the hassle and the very delayed response/delivery makes it unpractical and risky to order from them. My story has a happy end since I got my refund, but I can assure you that I will never ever order something from them. We are in 2020, how could a place with non existing customer support still be open?

I ordered an expensive cell phone, which was to be delivered to me in Austria in Kitzbuhel, unfortunately a few days before the Lockdown on March 15th, I was hospitalized for the covid. The package has been sent back to the sender. After a dozen emails, no one answers and the money has already been taken. The telephone number to contact them seems to be inactive or wrong. No information about my phone. Bad service. I will turn to a lawyer.

This has to be the worst online store in the world. Stating 6 days delivery, I orderd an item 1 months ago and nothing arrived!!! They are posting fake tracking numbers that never get updated, even lying to paypal about sending the item. Stay away, you will remain without money or the item ordered. Paypal if they refund you will take more then a months to get your money back!

I ordered OnePlus 6T on 22.04 and they already deducted it from my PayPal account but still not delivered.
I tried to contact them on the phone, per contact form and direct email to sales and marketing but never got an answer.
I can only hope it is not a fraud

Can I please get an answer to the emails I sent you.
I paid more than 250鈧?for my product an nobody seems to care about the customers.
Could you please provide me a tracking number for my order. The lack of consideration for your customers is unbelievable.
Every other e-shop would at least inform the customer about the status of his order.
It's my first order and probably the last I'm very disapoipnted.

I have ordered Samsung A 71 on 29.03.2020. Today (14.04.2020) still I cannot track my package. And i the DPD the status it麓s 'Not found'….
During that coronavirus dates i know that they have delays but they not give me any information about this…

I have ordered Realme x2 pro on 10.03.2020. However as today (02.04.2020) still I cannot track my package. I undestand that there may be some delay during that coronavirus dates. However I cannot get any satisfactory answer from the company.

edit: Interestingly I get the phone today (03.04.2020).
So it is has good prices and a little late delivery. I am ok with this.

Hi All,
I ordered Macbook Air via debit card..didn't read the other reviews till then..after a while curosity built in and I read few reviews..it shook me outright..but my experience turned out to be nice…though delivery took 23 days but then the price was also cheap..so worth the wait..customer care was replying..some time vague (as other review's) but delivery was cool..GLS to me was excellent, they got the parcel on 10th and today delivered it to me..cool thing is despite I was not at the home..they were not careless with the parcel but instead drop me a note and put the parcel to a pick up location..I went there and picked it up..product is super cool and I am happy. Thanks eGlobal Central.

Let me share my personal experience with this e-shop.

At the beginning of November (6th of Nov) I ordered Nikon DSLR from eGlobalCentral.at. Order was insured and paid by PayPal.

Tracking info provided by e-shop started ad 7th of Now and was exactly the same like other people are posting here. After 30 days without having the camera this tracking info stopped with updates.

I wrote several e-mails to eGlobalCentral. They were answering my emails. But answer was always uncertain. Only valuable information what I got was – that they opened case with courier to research whether the parcel is lost.

In the mid of December I escalated this issue to PayPal. Few days after escalation to PayPal I got valid GLS parcel tracking number. Finally my camera was delivered on 2nd of January 2020.

To summarize my experience:
Delivery time: 57days
Camera delivered in 100% condition.
Communication with shop: they are responding to e-mails but the answers are very uncertain – no real help

If you decide to buy something from eGlobalCentral you should be prepared for very long delivery time. Please use PayPal and insure your order.

I ordered phone on 29th of November, today is 28th of December and still didn't arrive! Tracking informations are really funny. At same minute parcel reached and left the parcel center, from Netherlands to Germany tooks 2 weeks, probably to Austria will need some more weeks if will arrive and God knows in which condition…
On their web page nowhere is mentioned delivery time of more than 30 days! We will see how long still it will take…
Update 9.1.20: phone arrived, everythink ok, but GLS left it at completely wrong address in front of house, without signature. I had luck that owner of that house bring it to me…
Customer service of eGlobal answered by e mail on my complaint. So, I am revising mark from 1 star to 3 because of long delivery what was not mentioned during ordering.

I have ordered two things from them on December 10 and today is December 27 and it has still not arrived. I wrote them by email to understand what is going on, no answer. The tracking link they provide does not give any details so you do not know where the parcel actually is. Everything is shipped from Hong Kong (and I live in Austria), which they do not say. Anyway, lesson learnt. Better pay a few Euros more and it comes on time.

I bought a 360 degree camera "Insta 360 One X" from eGlobal. As soon as I unpacked and fully charged, I noticed that the camera is defect. A display on the 360 camera does not work, so the password for connecting the camera and smartphone cannot be seen at all. Without connection to the camera, the latest firmware cannot be installed. The camera is therefore like a rubbish. I have contacted both eGlobal and the manufacturer. The manufacturer replied at once and they kindly asked me to consult eGlobal first whether they replace the camera. But eGlobal has never replied despite of multiple messages and phoncalls. This seller is one of the worst all over the world.

I bought the 5th of December Airpods for a Xmas gift with Express delivery and I have received NOTHING. I have sent an email because the tracking is not saying anything concrete. I will not have the Xmas present thanks to this people who are not even replying to my email to give me a clue about when they could arrive. I payed 165 eur and I have not the product and do not know when I am going to have it. Sounds like a fraud. Terrible service.

The shipment was a bit slower than expected (12 days instead of 8), but the package is in perfect conditions and I saved more than 鈧?80 on my order.
Tracking is divided in two parts:
鈥?first part: fake tracking from China. Random messages with barely no meaning at all, like: "Your package has reached a delivery center". Which one?
鈥?second part: real tracking from Europe. Unfortunately, they rely on GLS, which is definitely unreliable. I spent my whole day waiting for the package and they said I wasn't home, while I actually was.

Anyway, eGlobal seems really trustworthy. I know that it will be impossible to get any sort of customer care for my item, but I've never needed it and I don't think I'll ever need it.

I thought I had purchased a quality Sony camera through eGlobal Central. Within the warranty period, the camera shutter stopped working, as did the Sony E-Mount lens. I brought it to a local camera shop, but they said they needed an original receipt with serial number to warranty it. I then discovered that eGlobal Central never sent a receipt with my camera, just a "Details der Bestellung." I contacted eGlobal Central simply to have them send me a receipt with serial number. Instead, they said they could warranty the camera and lens, but they would not send me a receipt. Optimistically, I mailed my camera to the address in the UK given to me by eGlobal Central, including a ticket number:

I never received confirmation of receipt, so I followed-up with the Austrian Post after several weeks. Product as described in absolute new condition. Charger was UK standard, however adapter for Germany/Austria was part of delivery.
Lead time was ok for an item shipped from the UK.
