Do not use this thieving company.
I bought a mobile phone from them and then two days later I got an automatic phone call asking for another 拢36 for shipping and VAT. Which made the deal far more expensive than buying in the UK. They would not cancel without extra charges and I could not get the phone del without paying the extra 拢36. It felt like a gun at my head. There was no way that I could get back at them. Leave them alone.
26/5/14 I have just heard from my credit card company and they will not help. I have asked for a managers report as this type of company gives the internet a bad name. STEER CLEAR if its not too late.

This is not a UK site, it's in hong kong. In my purchase transaction this was not explained so the extra cost of VAT and duties was a nasty surprise upon delivery! Complaining got me no where. Only use them if you still think its a bargain after adding on charges. Even then they just seem dishonest to me, so I'll be avoiding!

Bought a zoom lens I needed for a once in a lifetime safari. Placed the order 2 weeks prior to going on holiday. The item was in stock and received an email confirming the order. Estimated delivery was 5 days so more than enough time to arrive. 10 days later, nothing has arrived so I called the store to find out there is a 2 week wait for it. Asked why I was not notified they said there is a "delay" in their system. Really? a 10 day delay? No apology or attempt to rectify the situation in any way so asked to cancel the order. Waste of time. Avoid unless you double check with them stock before purchasing.
