The package is after 16 days still stuck in customs. The customer service did not respond to my email, only by phone. No action was taken on their side. The package was inappropriately marked and I had to send additional information to the post at customs. Apparently delivery costs need to be declared also if the delivery is for free. I do not understand why they do not resolve this issue after so many complaints from several customers.

ATTENTION "It's a scam".
I've purased a "HEAD ADVANT EDGE 95 ANTH/BLACK 18" order number IT0230468, i've payed my bank transfert but after the payment are all disappeared. !!!
I'll keap leaving BAD review on INSTAGRAM (my channel with 10.000 followers) Facebook, Twitter, Youtube….everywhere!!!! If YOU don'p provide to make a REFUND o send me the money back i'll keep leaving BAD review EVERYWHERE!!!!

I ordered off a website with the .ch extension to AVOID paying customs fees etc. I was fooled! In the end I had to wait longer and pay more than if I had purchased in Switzerland! I will never order from this website or company, again!!!
