I ordered a 43un74006lb model, but received a 43un74003lb. This does not feel trustworthy. Sure, the models will look alike and have simular functions… but I expect what I order, very simple.

Tv came in without any damages.

I ordered a Samsung UE49NU7100 Smart TV a聽couple of聽months ago.聽After unpacking, I noticed that there is no barcode sticker on the back of the TV. I immediately contacted El-Vidas customer service but I was told there is no barcode sticker on the new Samsung TVs and the serial number can only be found in the Settings Menu. However, I contacted Samsung customer service and this is their reply:
"You can indeed find the data inside of the menu, but there should always be a sticker on the back of the television. For example, if your TV isn't able to power on anymore, you could find the information on the back. Therefore, there should be a sticker on the back of the TV where you can find the model code and the serial number indeed. This tag grantees a warranty. So you should definitely go back to the dealer and address this issue. tell them you have contacted Samsung and that we have confirmed this."

On top of that, I found the following term in the Samsung warranty manual:聽"The warranty is only valid if, when warranty service is required, the warranty card is fully and properly completed and is presented with the original invoice or sales slip or confirmation, and the serial number on the product has not been defaced."

On the other hand, when I registered the TV on the Samsung website by the serial number in the Settings menu, I realized that the TV model is Samsung UE49NU7172U, not the model I have ordered. To the best of my knowledge, UE49NU7172U has been designed for the Eastern European market. In addition, the warranty card and some stickers on the packaging are in Eastern European languages which confirms that the TV has been designed for the Eastern European market.

When confronted with these issues, I sent a registered letter to El-Vidas customer service but as of now, I still haven't received any response. I also called them but the answer was dissatisfying.聽

If you google you can see that other people聽have also reported the same issue. I have attached the photos of the TV and the replies from Samsung to Google Review. 聽

When I saw how low the price was (on the OLED55C9PLA), I was a little worried there might be a problem with the TV, but it arrived in perfect condition, one day after ordering. I am very satisfied.

Ordered a TV LG c9 55 everything was perfect conditions in box (SEALED) despite all the bad reviews, I believe sometimes people can be unlucky with defected TV's, but also that can happen anywhere, and I'm not friends of the company since I live in Vlissingen, and serious with this prices absolutely you can trust EL-Vidas, I was pretty scared after order the tv and see all that bad reviews all over the Internet, so i can only say thank you to El-vidas.nl to make me save a couple of euros and being honest with their products in a professional away. (also saw the van with the tv's all packed and secured by ropes). Great deal thanks and success.

BUYER BEWARE: They will come up with any reason to not refund – even on a defective item!!!

I ordered a 鈧?600 tv and it worked for less than one day! They refused to exchange or refund. Finally, Dylan from customer service agreed that this was not the way they do business and agreed to refund the tv. I even spent another 鈧?400 to buy a different brand tv from them. They picked up the broken, dropped off the new and now 3 weeks later they are refusing to refund the for the tv they picked up!

So as it stands they have 鈧?.000 and I have 1 tv worth 鈧?.400

I鈥檝e already contacted my bank and the next step is a lawyer.

Stay away!! Spend the extra 鈧?0 euro to buy from a mainstream store – where I have never experienced this issue.

Reply to El-vidas: no, the box was not broken? It was opened at the side seam as this was the only way to remove and reinsert the tv without breaking the box!!! Your delivery man asked me to tape it as he did not have any ties to ensure the box did not reopen during transport! And why are you re-boxing a broken tv? To sell it to another customer like me?

It was never even discussed! You did not offer to exchange! Despite 2 unreturned emails, I had to call today to get an update at which point I was told once again that no return due to watch hours! Please don鈥檛 lie! To all consumers, this is what I am referring to! Lies! No one from el-vidas has contacted me since the 17th December when the tv was picked up. The tv was broken and should be sent back to the manufacturer by el-vidas. Not taped up and sold to another unsuspecting customer!

And please know, that no one has contacted me since the tv was returned.

Warning: Don鈥檛 buy a 65鈥?Samsung Frame as you might be getting the broken one they sent me and I returned!

Update as of April 2020: My credit card company reversed the charges after reviewing all documents and facts of the situation as part of an investigation. Since then, El-Vidas has tried to get this account of my experience removed from trust pilot twice! During the investigation they also removed their online reply – luckily I had already taken a screenshot. Be wary of any phone conversations and ask for EVERYTHING in writing!!!!
