Easy and fast purchase!
We purchase one of their product, due to something odd the customer service did a security check and asked us if we were sure we wanted to proceed (as we bought something for our family overseas so a foreign license). This was very thoughtful to ensure people do not buy the wrong country key code.
Highly recommended.

I have ordered from Electronicsfirst a couple of times. It is a pain waiting for the emails with the codes you purchased! I purchased 2 codes and received an email asking me to send them pictures of my personal documents (passport, bills etc). Would not send me my codes until I did. Never had to do this before with them. I have asked them to delete my documents as per the GDPR guidelines but they have not replied to confirm this. I also liked their Facebook page to get a 3% off code but had to send them 2 emails to chase up the code. Customer service is poor, unfriendly, and dismissive. Would not recommend using this company.

Steer clear from this company! Took my money then they would not send codes stating that they need more info. Their customer service told me it鈥檚 their policy. I will never go to this site ever again.
P.s This is my third review since trustpilot censors your statements. They kept taking down my review to rewrite then never reposted it. Nice way to mislead customers.

I am unable to. Redeem an Xbox Live gold code been emailing for 2 days still not resolved I have an upset 13 year old !! Furious as wasted 拢32 I feel cheated

They sell codes that dont work for xbox then you cannot get hold of anybody been trying for 3 hours SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I bought an Xbox Live 12 month membership at a really good price here. I requested a refund due to a family emergency. My money was refunded quickly with no problems.
